   I have used Bala few times now and he has been extremely helpful in recovering my car and taking to my mechanic. He was extremely organised in pick up time and location, and arrived on the time agreed. When we arrived to my mechanic, we have realised he was fully booked and could not take me. Bala was extremely helpful and flexible and found an alternative mechanic to take my car to. He has been extremely helpful and professional every single time i have used his service! I know i will be using his service again, when needed!

   Broke down last night and was recovered quickly! I was freezing so was encouraged to get in the cab where the heating was lovely and warm. My car was dropped off at my garage of choice and then I was dropped off home too. Professional and friendly service that I highly recommend.

   Bala recovery were really impressive. Picking up my little MX5 stranded on the busy north circular on 23 Dec , with a 6 hour wait for RAC - unlike other garages, Bala were immediately responsive to give me a price and get to me in less than 30 minutes.    Very helpful and kind! Great service, really appreciated his help. We were stuck down a muddy hill in some allotments, it wasn't a big one but it was enough to make us slide and not able to reverse back. We called this company as it was the closest to us. Unfortunately, where we were it was too narrow to come with his pick up truck, and he would have probably got stuck as well. He did everything he could to help us out, even waited for over 40 minutes until my family arrived. They all helped push the car back up the hill and in the end he didn't want to take any money as he didn't use his truck. We gave him something for all his effort, really appreciated the help.
