    Ordered my oat decaf cappuccino with jack, order was not repeated back so I assumed he heard, service was not smiley or interactive, once he gave me my drink I sipped it and checked the lid because it didn’t taste right, questioned if it was oat milk and his reply was no with a questionable look on his face, I then said I’d ask for oat milk as I’m vegan, he then huffed and took my drink of me to remake it, no apology or even a smile, bad service

    I dine here every day, so the food is obviously par excellence. Can I give a special mention to Mia who always brightens peoples day with her pleasant disposition...the rest of the staff too, who often work under stressful conditions with minimum staff.

    Personally I rate Pret, I did not rate this one. The barista left me waiting a long time to be served and then 3 baristas all stood around chatting for 5 minutes before looking over and realising I was waiting for a drink. Being busy is one thing, this was just a half baked job - I only wanted a quick espresso as well! Given to me in a flimsy cup and quite blunt service. Not the best.

    Handy little cafe which is located by the entrance of Selfridge's Usually the place is packed for seating. Coffee is decent and good selection of food and pastries It's was quiet during my visit (7th January) in the morning but the seats hadn't been cleaned after previous customer use

    I was very tired on a late shift so nipped in to get a hot chocolate. The lovely Ola suggested a shot of coffee to liven me up. Great idea! I thanked her for this and she offered my drink free of charge!! Thank you darling! Will be ordering this on a regular basis now ❤️❤️

    Best Pret! This location is always busy, but the staff is so friendly and speedy making the coffees. They have a great food selection and coffee subscription that keeps me coming back. Would recommend when visiting the Trafford Centre.
