“Great cafe 10 minute drive from chill factore / Trafford centre. Small / medium sized cafe, no booking taken over the phone for breakfast, first come first served. We arrived @ 11am and it was very busy. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table but was absolutely worth it and staff where polite and kept us updated whilst we waited. Brunch menu served till 12.30 Cooked breakfast / loaded potato skins / smoked salmon & egg / pancakes etc…. Went for the big cooked breakfast which was truly superb. Hashbrowns i think are home made, and lovely, as re the Cumberland sausage etc. The whole thing was big and filling Would definitely recommend and will return again.”

We had the baby back pork ribs, maple syrup BBQ king prawns with cornbread, the 48 hour smokey beef brisket burger with cajun fries and the Jack Daniels BBQ pulled pork burger! “Had an amazing experience at Gourmet Burger Kitchen! Max was outstanding- very attentive and thoughtful. He guided us through the menu,and made sure our preferences were looked after throughout. We had the Smoky Clucker and Rocketman burgers—both packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. The Oreo Shake was easily the best we’ve ever had: thick, delicious, and great in quantity. The Onion Rings were unbelievably good (I’m definitely coming back for them!), and the Garlic Mayo tasted wonderfully authentic. The overall experience felt like fine dining, and the small touches like providing tap water made it even better. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time and left extremely satisfied. Highly recommend—great food, great service, great atmosphere!”

“Very beautiful space with good food. The options are decent enough for the type of setting. They have a kids menu as well. We had the chicken and bacon club sandwich, sweet potato fries and halloumi fries. The food looked good and tasted really great. Some seats were just beside the window that overlooks the ski. There's also a balcony that gives a good view of the ski”

“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”
