   I've been a returning customer for several years now. The Carshalton garage is clean and tidy (given that it's a working garage). The guys are friendly, efficient and reliable. It's also competatively priced. I highly recommend you give them a try.

   *AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**AVOID* DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS absolutely terrible company, after they sell you a car you going to struggle to get in contact with someone I sent about 4 email and got 0 replies, I had to call about 5/6 times every time for someone to pick up the phone. When I purchased my car they said everything was in good working condition and the brake pads were recently changed so they were new, within a few days of using the car I started to hear some sound every time I use my brakes, got it checked and I was told that I have a seized caliper, I have tried to get in contact with them multiple times and every time I manage to I get told they will look into it and get back to me and I never hear from them again until I try to contact them again. I purchased a warranty with my car that I got on 16/11, they said the warranty would be activated from that point on and I would receive an email next Monday and I never got anything after multiple calls I finally got my warranty email saying my car was purchase on the 12/12 and then warranty was active from 11/12, so they completely lied to me at the beginning and gave the wrong information to the warranty as well. I have to contact multiple times since because seized calipers are not covered by the warranty and the mechanic say they would have been aware of this issue when swapping the brake pads out and they keep avoiding it not helping and just keep saying they will have a look and get back to me, completely horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

   DPF was blocked, van was in limp mode. Called orchard garage and they sorted it out the same day at a great price! The guy was very friendly and happy, definitely recommend going to this garage for any issues you have. 10/10

   Least reliable people, lied to me for three weeks after damaging my car. Long story... No remorse showed, I had to fix it in the other garage at my own expense. It cost me more than £200! They didn't want to return money, so I feel obliged to give them proper feedback, especially this isn't my first bad experience with them. Looking at the other's feedback I can see I was the only person treated like a punk. AVOID ORCHARD GARAGE if you love your car's health!!!

   These guys are absolutely amazing - I’ve had major troubles with my car and after finding these gents on google decided to give them a go. They were super helpful and friendly from the first phone call. My Ford Fiesta repair was done very swiftly even when I wasn’t sure if my car could be repaired in the first place. They charged me very reasonably too which is very hard to find! Thank you so much - I will be back for any MOT’s or repairs in the future.

   I find it stressful finding a new car garage but extremely pleased I picked this one after a recommendation from a family member. I booked a service and MOT through bookmycargarage which was quick, easy and very good value. The service I received from Dave was very friendly and they looked after my Audi (80,000 miles) well.

   Don't trust garage. Was told a full service report would be emailed (as printer didn't work), never got the email. I was busy and forgot to follow up if it was sent, until 6 months later. Phoned to ask if it can be re-sent and was told they have no record of it, and that it is not possible as the mechanic has to fill it out by hand. How could they have ever done the full service in the beginning then if the printer didn't work?! Car became faulty (not to say orchard garage is to blame) and there is no way to check what was actually done in the £189 service. Quite disappointed.
