“Definitely recommend KQ Autos! Amazing job done! Car bonnet was heavily keyed and front bumper was damaged, dropped it off with Khalid and it has come back basically new. Over the moon with the work done! Khalid was super friendly, very flexible and transparent with pricing and the work that needed to be done. Turnaround time was very quick! “This is the second time I have used Aaron. Fantastic service. I popped by his garage and explained I had a problem with my car and needed it the next day as I was starting a new job. He stopped what he was doing and got to work in it straight away. He had it fixed in 10 minutes!!! Can't recommend this garage highly enough.”

“This is a great garage I can't recommend it enough, especially for woman, these guys won't speak to you like u don't have a clue about cars and they won't take you for a ride! I moved to the area and I noticed my car water tank was low, I took it over and they inspected it and showed me the problem. I took it in the next day and my car was sorted. (8months ago) They are very approachable, polite and friendly. Took my car for a service today and again I can't fault them, done a brilliant job, car is back running smoothly, very reasonably priced and you can tell they don't just do things to get more money out of you. I've had a repair done and a service before I wrote my review and when my car is due a MOT this is definitely where I will be taking it.”

He fixed a persistent pipe hammering issue and a leaking bathroom mixer tap both professionally and efficiently. From start to finish, Thomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating – even going out of his way to source and collect the required parts late in the evening, well outside of normal working hours. His workmanship was top-notch, and he clearly takes great pride in doing things properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the extra effort he made to get everything sorted quickly. Booking the job with Asset Plumbing & Heating (Tom) was smooth, his communication was excellent, and he's genuinely a lovely person to deal with – polite, respectful, and highly professional. The issue defeated both garages and James refused to take a penny as a result. Despite not fixing what is clearly a tricky problem I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James or use KSM again.”
