   I had my automatic gearbox serviced by KSM Autos a couple of years ago and I’m still very impressed with the work they carried out.    I had a great experience with KSM Autos from start to finish. I had an issue with the bearings in the gearbox for my Honda Jazz and spent weeks trying to find a mechanic who was willing to fix the issue without quoting a ridiculously large amount (it was a big job). As a woman with zero knowledge of cars, it can be daunting to deal with these issues on my own as there is the fear of being taken advantage of. James was recommended to me by an employee at Honda and he was very honest and personable when I first phoned him to discuss my concerns. He quoted me a fair price range and kept me informed throughout the process of making the repairs. Once fixed, he stuck to his quoted pricing and I left with a car that literally feels brand new - I don’t even think my car felt this smooth when I purchased it years ago! Would highly recommend James and his team, and will definitely look to them should any issues arise in future.

   I cannot thank James enough for the effort he out into trying to help my father sort out a problem with his car. Even involving the garage next door. The issue defeated both garages and James refused to take a penny as a result. Despite not fixing what is clearly a tricky problem I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James or use KSM again.

   I had my gearbox oil and filter changed there in Mercedes E class at 70 000 mls. It’s quite tricky to find the place at first but fantastic job. Now 6 months since the job and no leaks or any troubles. They have been recommended by my mechanic- I would recommend them too! Thank you

   These guys are all hardworking, professional and amazing, they fixed my car within no time and made it drive as if it were new. I can't recommend KSM enough. With the number of automatic cars on the roads these days, a lot of drivers will experience a transmission malfunction sooner rather than later, these are the guys you need to go to when you experience that. It's expensive, but worth it and you know it's genuine. Thank you again!

   Good job, reasonably priced but be cautious. I was told my alternator needed changing, took car to my local garage and it was fine. They'll get commission if you use their garage next door.

   Fixed my Audi A8L gearbox in 2014 for around half the cost of a replacement from Audi. Very knowledgeable and friendly people. ZF main agent in Croydon wasn't interested but the team at KSM took on the job - still running beautifully 5 years later... Reason for writing this review now? I've just recommended KSM to a friend who has problems with a VW T4 Caravelle. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to all. Apologies for the late review.
