   If I could put zero stars I would. Omar was so difficult to get hold of after I requested a mobile visit to my property. He made several appointments and cancelled them last minute. When he did eventually come round, he came with barely any equipment and gave me a wrong diagnosis. He promised to provide me with a part and I have Been calling him non stop for about a week as he took my money and never delivered. He never answers the phone and has promised to call me back and never did. He’s very unprofessional and quite frankly a scam. Don’t waste your time, find someone that knows what they’re doing and respects their clients time.

   I found this a difficult review because he’s a really nice guy and Clearly does his best which in terms of the mechanics I think is pretty good. The first time we tried to meet he got me to drive all the way to North London, and then the plan changed because he have to pick up his child from school. This didn’t bother me because we agreed for me to drive back home and then he would come to me. He then turned up with his son and was friendly. He just got on with the job, but he did say he was gonna call back A bunch of times and then didn’t. He sorted the problem, but the only thing was that my Aircon worked before and now it doesn’t And I asked him if we could meet so he could doublecheck that he hasn’t forgotten to plug something back in. Anyway, long story short as I contacted him for weeks he slowly, but surely just stopped replying. It was a bit confusing because I think he’s got two or three number. Ultimately, he’s a family man and he does this for extra cash and for what it’s worth I think he’s pretty good when an emergency, but it’s not the most professional service. But if you can remain chilled, he’ll get the job done I’d say. Just wanted to be honest that his communication is Terrible and my Aircon is not working. This may or may not be his fault by the way, but because he hasn’t come out like he said he would, we’ll never know. Peace.
