   Have been having laser hair removal here at the merry hill branch. Ive almost completed my treatment but safe to say no reduction in hair whatsoever. Ive had numerous different ladies to do the treatment across my course- never the same one. Luckily for them I had already paid for 10 treatments so continued or would never go back. Laser is always rushed. Should take 30 mins at least on the face and neck but they are done in 10 mins. They miss loads of sections so irregular results. For my fourth session I questioned the strength of the laser and was told we are going to put it down (despite me having a higher setting for my third session). I told them I dont experience sensitivity so would like a higher setting. They said no as they need to do a patch test ( they've never done one before! So why now?!?!?). So my results are poor and next time Ill go elsewhere.

Putting customers at ease explaining what the process involves and how to get the best results using self after care. Not forgetting that she's always smiling and friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again (and I have) and highly recommend her services. Brilliant.

   Absolutely amazing experience. I had my forehead, frown and crow’s feet treated and it was completely pain free. The whole appointment felt relaxed with really lovely vibes and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The subscription makes it excellent value as well.    Bit weird I know but I quite look forward to appointments, as it’s a chance to have a laugh and a catch up with Lindsay. Not only is she brilliant and thorough at her job. She’s great fun and despite the embarrassment of intimate laser hair removal. She puts you so at ease it’s doesn’t really matter. Best beautician/cosmetic technician I’ve ever been too.

   It was neutral as other therapists I had treatments with do normally ask about effected area and in percentage growth difference I have seen. My area for laser was not cleaned properly and therapist I had today did not check if I was happy or not with laser. It seems that therapist was in hurry to get the job done. I would like to stick with therapist I had last time as she knew what I needed. Sham is best therapist I had in the past and would highly recommend to receive treatment from her.

   I would like to take this opportunity, to express my gratitude to Sham, my microneedling Therapist. My purpose was for acne scarring which has bothered me for some time. Sham has been so friendly, welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and welcome for my treatment. Sham explained my treatment to me in detail, She was very communicative throughout, asking me how I felt and how comfortable I was in treatment and if I would like her to alter any pressure or way she was carrying out the treatment, making me comfortable and in control. The facial cleanse was lovely. The numbing cream certainly did the job. I enjoyed the sensation of the needling, it tickled in some areas.. the experience was enjoyable to me. Sham went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and even gave me some sample serum after the treatment. My second time with Sham, and looking forward to the third.
