For many years, I've typically used another garage, but I phoned Cars4You last week, on the off-chance, for a quote for rear wheel bearings, and also some discs and pads. This was because I'd driven it for some time while the brakes sounded like they were constantly engaged, and so wasn't sure if it was just the bearings, or they'd been damaged. I feared the mechanic would just replace it all, because I'd suggested it. Far from it. They did the work that was necessary, and the work came well under the quote. All staff were very friendly, and especially the front desk staff, who were very knowledgeable, providing comprehensive information and advice about things to look out for going forward. I'm really glad to have found a garage that I know I can trust.

Ive serviced my car (5 series) here for the last 5 years and have found Jill and Luke in the office to be professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Work is carried out promptly, and while they may not be the cheapest option, I would hesitate going anywhere else to save 5%. If you have a complex issue I would suggest you look to a specialist for your vehicle, but I have no hesitation in recommending them for all MOT, servicing and basic maintenance and repairs.
Amazing service, don't patronise you if you're female. Rescued me and kids locally, gave me a courtesy car and only charged for new battery. Professional, friendly, informative and try to save you money. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had an airbag warning light come up on on my car and we were due to go away, towing a caravan at the weekend Cars for you fitted me in on what was a very busy day for them I dropped the car off at 8am And got it back at 9:30 So impressed Will definitely use them in the future So helpful
