I visited the folks at this garage multiple times in 2023-24 to repair my 2009 Vauxhall Insignia. They provided me with honest advice on whether it was cost-effective to repair the car, which saved me a great deal of money. They also recommended economical shops for tyre replacements. Additionally, they did some welding for free when replacing the old exhaust system. The service was always punctual and informative. My car ran well for as long as I needed it, and I was able to tour extensively across the UK despite it being an old vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone unsure about servicing an old vehicle.
Have been going here for years. This is proper garage with the kind of people with knowledge and experience you do not get these days. Courteous and real gents, old style, been running the place for the last 30 years and communicate clearly what needs doing.
I have been with Ichthus for many years now. They are always friendly and upfront with their communication and advice and provide realistic alternatives for expensive repairs. A few years ago, they enabled me to purchase one of their hire cars as it was cheaper than the welding needed for my rather old car. This year they have performed a Christmas miracle by freeing up my car’s seized gearbox linkage and enabling me to spend Christmas with my family. I am very grateful for all their help and highly recommend them.

I will no longer be bringing my car to this garage after they charged me a huge sum for a service that actually never took place (my new garage confirmed they had not changed the spark plugs they charged me for or the other items). Disappointed after 3 years of being a loyal customer.
I have always had an excellent experience here and have been using their service for 4 years now. It was a relief to come across Ichthus after searching around the area initially and having some really bad experiences with poor workmanship. Ishthus have always seemed honest in terms of price and straightforward when explaining what work needs to be done. Highly recommended.
Simply deadful. Had full service on car and was given the keys to drive it away despite the yellow engine warning light coming on. They had done no road test, as they state they do in the 'what your service includes'. had they done so they too would have broken down, in rush hour, within 300m of the garage on the South Circular. It was thoroughly horrible experience. Prior to this service my car was in good nick mechanically - BMW had done a lot of work on it as I have a very demanding drive 6 days a week with my disabled child - I rely on my car. Tomorrow the AA will come to perform a written inspection of the work Ichthus Motors undertook. I have had a very similar experience so far to the previous reviewer.
