I went to the garage for a service and MOT, and at the end of the day, I left with the MOT report that the brake pads needed replacing, even though the garage had already replaced them. The employee informed me that they do the MOT first, then the service. So, my question is, what do you do first?

Had 4 New tyres put on, guy walks in with my 2 front Rims have massive buckles from hitting 2 pot holes last week. They went above and beyond to straighten them and swapped a good tyre onto my spare. Absolute legend.

paid for an hours diag, after one simple fault code scan (2 minutes work)read was told theres nothing more they can do due to an offline module aswell as multiple codes. When i asked if they investigate the offline module and codes (all codes came at same time so they are a related fault) they said it wasnβt something they couldnt do. Diagnosis is more then just the fault code read. Anyone even slightly knowledgeable on cars would know the next step in diag given all the fault codes all the related to the offline module but unfortunately the βqualifiedβ technicians couldnβt go further then the fault code read. I was given my keys and a sorry was all i received after paying a full hours fee for a fault code read.

Excellent MOT service and aftercare! Their MOT guy helped me sort the issue of the rust under my car and the guys were able to fit me in a few days later, cleaned up all the rust and treated the underneath of my car! Looks mint now and they're very reasonable too. I've been let down by several other garages too, Halfords and 2 Ford dealerships, but these guys charge what's fair and seem to do great work. I'll be getting my car serviced here from now on. These guys have definitely got their ducks in a row. They even did a few things I didn't even ask them for... Pumped tyres up, put on the new wipers I had in the car too...

Extremely rude receptionist, her name is Mandy. She talked over people including myself and my family member, her customer service skills needs improvement. My family member used PTA shirley for more than 30 years. not anymore. thanks to your rude, impatient receptionist, in which she uses scare tactics to scare customers into unnecessary work to be done.

Great garage very honest will not fit parts you do not require . I had tyres fitted and Mot great service even checked wheel alignment free . Very competitive parts 1st used this garage nearly forty years ago I member staff still there Shaun and thatβs very rare these days .

Very expensive as compared to another garage in the area. I paid a total Β£612. I asked them to do full service on 10/12/2022 of a car that cost around Β£240 (Β£20 increased recently). The garage found the problem in the car breaks cost Β£55.02, and the disk pads cost Β£168.98. What I don't like is that they top up another labour charge of Β£109.2. Although I thought I was paying Β£240 for full service, it already includes the labour. Well, I was not satisfied with the alignment/ Tracking as the car steering is still not aligned. I reported to them, and the garage tested it, but still, the problem exists. So avoid the garage as they charge you step by step, which other garages do in one Lum sump payment.

Motorbike failed mot so had to take back for a retest. Fair enough very busy but my bike was checked by the same mechanic after a few minutes & I then had to wait an hour for them to write the ticket! Watching another motorbike arrive after me for a full mot and leave 15 minutes before me was the worst part. Retest=no money to pay so relegated to the back I guess. Not going there again.

This garage is totally amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am always so impressed by their care and service - they always go above and beyond the call of duty. .We have been taking our car to this garage for years for its MOT, and always find them incredibly reliable and helpful. They have managed to keep our old car going for years! They are also brilliant in an emergency situation. Last year, they came out to us on Christmas Eve and replaced a puncture tyre on the spot! Yesterday, they came to our home, took our car back to the garage, replaced the battery (free of charge because we had bought it from them and it was still under warranty) and then drove the car back to us. Amazing. Thank you so much.
