   I saw a Dr who Sat behind her desk whilst I was describing illness and she put her hand over her mouth yawning !!! Everytime you ring they want blood tests,smears,mammograms etc I have told them over 90 times I don't do blood tests as needlephobic I also suffer anxiety and depression would not trust this Dr's practice with a stuffed teddy bear let alone people who vulnerable and need their help Appointment system is a total farce

   Absolute shambles of a place… had 3 appointments since going there, first one I had an over opinionated nurse telling me what i should do with my daughter. No doctor was in the building for my post natal check, i waited half an hour and NOTHING. Took my daughter to her check up to be checked over for less than 2 minutes to be told shes fine. When i took her back a few days later to discuss abnormalities with her head, I was told it’s my fault and to buy a pillow… he stroked her head and told me its normal and to forget about it…. Wouldnt trust a single person in this place as far as i could throw them. You’ll never be in an appointment more than 3 minutes.

   Excellent service always happy with everybody, Saw Jayne yesterday very friendly and professional. Di not understand the negative reviews and rudeness I’ve encountered whilst waiting at reception. Treat with respect and they will do the same!!!!

   Hate trying to make appointments with this surgery with a passion! They have you on HOLD for up to an hour then answer & say all appointments have now gone try again tomorrow?!?! Do you think its possible for working people to sit for an hour every day for nothing? Why can't we make walk in appointments? Why have you taken online bookings away? I had surgery on HOLD 1 day & drove to surgery, no phones ringing & people sat there talking? Do you respond to reviews or complaints? All this just contributes to increased pressure at A&E.

   The receptionists were very helpful for giving me advice for my Asthma. They were also very helpful in sorting out my prescription, which should have been sorted out by the Doctor. But, thanks to Tracy and Lynne for kindly offering me their support and help in this matter.

   I don't even know where to begin with this place. Firstly, getting any sort of appointment is impossible, they have this STUPID policy of 'ring on the day and you might get an appointment if we can be bothered' and that's only during the days they don't take the phone off the hook. Then if you're lucky enough, doctor Khan may or may not ring you, depending on if she's getting her nails done or not or having lunch with her pals, no time specified for the call, so if you happen to miss because you're being sick like I was ... you may as well be dead because she will just wipe your name off the list and never call again, despite you calling back to advise this was the reason and to PLEASE PLEASE call again. I've never actually seen any GP in person at that surgey, I've always had phone appointments only, even my 4yr old has never been able to physically see an actual GP. It's a joke, a complete sham of a place. I'd rather sit for 5 hours in the walk in centre than risk even asking the rude receptionists for an appointment, and they should be ashamed their contributing to the fall of our NHS, especially that Dr Khan who needs sacking.

   This practice is a shame and should be shut down. They have the top rude receptionist and try to make an appointment is mission impossible. Please find another decent clinic I am transferring ASAP. Big zero star

   I’m giving a three star review as the staff are super helpful and super professional. I’ve recently been referred to the hospital via my GP, Claire has been really supportive through this process and nothing is to much trouble for her, thank you to all the staff at bean road, keep up the good work!

   So I’ve phoned this morning from 8 o clock to get an appointment till 9:13am and still the phone is unavailable. Over 319 calls and not one answered or gone through! This is disgraceful!!! All I want is one appointment. Rude receptionist that I spoke to yesterday should be out of a job! She couldn’t even treat a rat with respect let alone a person. This surgery should shut down and these receptionists should be out of a job! Not like they want to do the job in the first place! If people like myself need to see a doctor it’s for a reason!!!! If I wanted to stress the nhs out then I’d be there everyday, but once in over a year and I can’t get a flipping appointment. Absolutely disgraceful!!!
