   Everything about BMW is overpriced. Totally ridiculous. The Car is not even all that. I wouldn’t even consider luxury at all simple parts or super expensive. Beware if you buy this car Service is super expensive. Don’t make this move. You will regret it.

   This is a follow up A month after The gasket and cover replacement was done i took my car to BMW Stephen james Enfield for an engine oil leack check up , they find out a couple of issues And A leack from the gasket and cover replaced by this bmw specialist!!! i called them immediately , i think you know what they told me (No is not us ,No BMW STEPHEN JAMES ENFIELD don't know how to check , why did i left the previous review, i don't know how repair should be done ...) please check PROOFS below this part of my review was left the day i got my car back from bmw specialist!!! i wanted to clean my engine and as soon as i opened the bonnet i was shocked . repair costing under 600 , and the damage to my front splitter was free . loose bolts , dangling wires and missing retaining screws .

   Bad experience. Called to book for work on my car over a week ago and asked what time they closed. Told it would be in the evening. Not advised car should be brought in early in the morning, Worked AM in Westminster, picked up the car from home (Harringey) and arrived at garage 1:15pm. Owner had taken other work in that morning and had no immediate space to park my car, despite knowing I was booked in and hadn't had the courtesy to call me, either to save me the journey or if he was concerned, confirm my appointment. Appallingly unprofessional. Just kept saying "it should have been in early in the morning so it could be worked on tomorrow" What?? He then offered no help whatsoever in solving my predicament or even an apology. I suggested I park a few yards down his dead end road where there was an empty space and he could bring my car in when a space opened up in his garage as he was expecting vehicles to be picked up. I had to get back to work. But apparently cars parked in that street have been vandalised by neighbouring business owners!! Looking into that.

   I don't know what some of you talking about. I've been naive and trusted the reviews. Left the car to be tested because a noise it's coming from the engine. Been told they couldn't find anything and now the car doesn't drive properly anymore. Been back to them just to tell me that they just test drive the car and didn't touch anything. But the car now stays at high rev, smoke is coming out of dashboard that even one of them noticed. Been told they are busy and I should come back next week. Really disappointed.
