I use my car for deliveries for work. These gents have not only repaired my concerns but also went out their way to sort out other additional issues that they found whilst working on the vehicle. Work was clean and efficient. The price was very reasonable especially it being a smart four four. Thank you!! Would highly recommend.
Just had my brake pads changed and a full health check done on my Lamborghini — top service as always. The team is professional, respectful, and really know their stuff. The only place I’d ever take my Lamborghini!
Been using Express Auto repairs for around 10 years, honest, good estimated repair time and communication if job takes longer then expected (parts or further issue) call before you get there as garage cannot hold too many cars. Off street parking for three hours if you hold a Tower Hamets parking permit.
Express Auto are absolutely fantastic. I drive a lot of miles to & back from work every day and need my car maintained to a very high standard. Rayhan and his team are extremely knowledgeable and most importantly takes their time to explain everything to customers. Any issues with my car I take it to them and my car drives fault less. They always weigh up the pros and cons of each option and advise you accordingly so that you can make the final decision. I think their prices are also very reasonable as they do a very good job and to a very high standard. I'm appalled by some of the negative reviews, Clearly they are your typical bargain hunters, High recommeneded
High prices and not professional. I came here to get a tyre puncture repaired and paid £10. The very next day my sister got a puncture and I sent her here.. they tried to charge her £25. I also asked for an AC Re gass and was quoted £70 but £90 if I wanted them to put dye in to check for leaks. Went around the corner to another garage and paid £50 for both.
I am not the type to really write reviews but the service I received here is worth mentioning. I was recommended this garage by a work colleague as I broke down on my to work and I can honestly say this garage was a life saver! They diagnosed my issue, kept me informed and got me back on the road swiftly. The price charged was very reasonable so I decided to also get my MOT done too. The best thing about this garage is that they are genuine and very honest unlike many others I have encountered in the past. They took me around me vehicle and showed me exactly what issues I had with the car. They explained which matters were more urgent and which ones were less urgent. This garage used quality parts and showed me the results afterwards so that I could compare the before and after. They also gave me general maintenance tips for looking after my car. My drive home was noticeably better afterwards. I can not thank these gentlemen enough for their service. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
An excellent garage run by two brothers who always go the extra mile. Over the past year, I have visited the garage several times with different vehicles as I work in motor trade. Each and every time my expectations have been exceeded and they always look after the vehicles. They always explain in detail what work was undertook. Great garage for DIAGNOSTICS, SERVICE, MOT. I have always found the final price to have been very fair and competitive. A true 5* local garage!
