   Excellent service. Booked a tyre change online no problem. It showed me the different options based on the size and let me book a slot straigh away. Booking included fitting and balancing and was a fair bit cheaper than competitors. Staff were very attentive, called me to confirm the booking and allowed me to reschedule at my convenience. Staff member then changed my tyre quite quickly. Excellent service, would use again!

   You won’t find anywhere consistently good. Been going to Defoe for over 30 years. Always the same. Quick to help you. Quality work. Great service. Prices that are possible. And, they are just so nice. A blast from the past before gangster capitalism. Thank you Defoe for being there.

   The service itself was good and they got a lot of work done on the day. A word of warning though - the service on the website was £85 but, when I got there, they told me the price was actually £225 before even looking at the car. Apparently the £85 only covers labour and the additional £140 is filters, engine oil etc. I don't know enough about these things to question the cost, but it would have been good for the price on the website to be accurate.

   Booked an MOT over the phone as the garage is local and I thought it would be good to support a local business. A female family member dropped off the car and for some reason the garage decided to do a service on the car that wasn't asked for in addition to the booked MOT. A bill was presented to her upon collection for the MOT and an oil change service (not booked/wanted/authorised). As a result sadly won't be using this business again.

   Excellent service. I pulled up with a slow puncture and within half an hour the tyre was repaired and back on the car. The tyre pressure in the other 3 wheels was checked without the need for me to ask. I've never had all tyre pressure checked in other tyre centres. They went the extra mile by checking the pressure all the wheels.

   I did a MOT here, I manage to get a booking quickly and the service was fast but the only thing that I didn't like was that they change my windscreen wipers and charged me an extra £45 just for the wipers change and didn't consult me first. I am not sure if wipers were an essential part of getting MOT passed! Other than that ok but felt a bit rip off with the wiper situation!

   Fantastic customer service! Originally booked for a service and MOT with a query on the radiator…. Transpires that quite a lot of work was required mostly age related, this was explained in detail and given I’ve had no issues for years it was time to replace some additional parts. Alfie and team went above and beyond and the car drives like new. Highly recommend Defoe Tyres!
