   Review for Shamim Auto Repairs I had a very bad experience with this garage. I went in with one simple problem, but they kept telling me that many other things were “gone” and made the bill much bigger than it should have been. Even after paying all that money, the original problem was still not solved. Their service is poor, the quality is terrible, and the staff are rude and unprofessional. They do not seem like professional mechanics at all. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers. Be careful, guys — I do not recommend this garage at all.

   Unprofessional, Took my car for service, Shamim and 1 of his worker was doing the work luckily I was there watching every details, He didn't know where my cabin filter was located so ended up open bottom of my glove box and side of handbrake cable looking for cabin filter,

   Wish I could put less than 1 star! Avoid at all costs! Took my bmw there came back with bigger problems! Avoid avoid! Haven’t even put proper oil in the engine, absolutely disaster

   Recently I visited Shamim garage, this is the worst garage I have been too in my 28 years of driving. First time he repaired my car, he changed 2 second hand coils & spark plugs I paid £240 6 days later my car broke down, I went to him because I can see fault showing on dashboard, they switch all the light off & told me if they come back on again come back. My car broke down next day, I had to call AA to drive me to the garage. They changed 2 coils I paid £80. After week again my car started to shake & slow down, I went to him again, he changed all the coils second hand I paid £300, I told him second hand are not good, he said this is original for your car, in 6 months time they will be still working, if they stop working I will fixing your car for free. 3 days later my car keeps firing again & I get electric problem showing on my dashboard, I went to him because he promised to fix it for free, he kept me waiting for 2 & half hours he is spouse to change the coil because it shows on diagnosis machine but he didn’t change it, he asked me to come back next day, I called before I went as I didn’t want to wait or leave my car there. I had to wait 40 minutes before they started. Shamim keeps telling me you need to change the engine that is the fault in your car. AA people reassure me my car engine is good. Shamim told me next time you come with the same problem I will charge you. His promises went out of the window. I paid total of £620 for nothing as my car still not fixed as it keeps shaking. I’m very disappointed with the service & their customer care.

   Very prompt and efficient service, staff very friendly and very caring, I took my car for service he worked on the car and also noticed one side light was gone and just replaced the bulb didn't charge me. Definitely my place to go to get my car fixed also would recommend to try these guys, I noticed the fix all types of cars old or new.

   My Prius exhaust was stolen ga e him a new aftermarket exhaust to then find out he has replace my back box with a broken one.. also had yellow paint all on the side of the car witch was not there .. this guy is a thief and should be probed by watchdog.. referrals have been made so wouldn't be surprised if he is shut down very soon

   Avoid at all cost, I should have followed my instinct the second I stepped foot in the garage however I had already put down a £300 non refundable deposit on a car which I had come to pick up without previously seeing. I was assured everything was ok and that the car had undergone checks in their garage. Got there the car had loads of scratches on which were definitely not visible in the pictures they had planely used filters and air brushed the photo of the car. Anyway my deposit was on non-refundable and I looked passed the scratches as I thought that with some T-Cut and polish the car will come up fairly ok. The guy selling me the car part had as much enthusiasm as though he was selling me a toothpick completely uninterested! Now driving I noticed the engine had hardly any power to get up even small hills then the engine started to overheat. I took the car back only to find it had no water or coolant in AT ALL! so much for being checked. They then just filled it up with water no Anti Freeze or anything, plus the the faulty brakes

   The owner of the garage Shamim refused to fix my car without even giving me a reason. Because he knew that he couldn't over charge me as i told him the quote i got from main dealer to fix. Save your money and avoid this garage. Feel sorry for a very friendly guy imran who works under that owner.
