I got my Moka car from them for £5400 and after 3 months every week I'm spending between £400-500 on they just make work for 3 months and everything is rubbish bad experience with them
After a few visits over the past couple of years, I'm impressed. They have been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The pricing seems fair, not cheap. Good work deserves fair pay.
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! After 3 months I successfully won a charge back of £700 with my bank after I proved the garage did not fix anything at all that they said, did not provide any new parts for my car and finally misdiagnosed the problem! Firstly, they charge extortionate prices, man stands at counter and pushes a couple of buttons on a calculator like he is doing some maths - no he isn’t. Secondly, their communication is AWFUL! They will give you a timeframe and not meet it, when they finally tell you “what’s wrong” with your car they will ask if they should go ahead WITHOUT giving you the price! And suddenly you went from going in with a coolant problem and leave with a new engine basically?!
Probably the worst garage in terms of pricing and customer service I've found in London. There was an error code coming up due to the O2 sensor needing replacing. I've bought the O2 sensor myself but my jack didn't get the car up enough for me to go down and change it. I asked the garage to simply just change the old post-cat sensor with the new one. It's a simple job. I've had quotes from mobile mechanics, who would come to my door to fix it for £85-95 (depending on how rusty the old sensor is). I instead chose to support my local garage, who carried out an unnecessary scan (I've already scanned it) and swapped the old one for the new one (that I bought and handed to them) for £177. Simply extortionate and sadly will not be back. I'd advise locals to just visit the smaller local garages, as I've received
The mechanic was able to fix our bumper even though it had a serious dent from someone ramming into it while stationary, at a fraction of the cost we would need to pay for buying and installing a new one, even though initially it looked like it will need replacing. Happy with the service.
They are very good and professional workmanship. And they know what they are doing.
This is the worst garage I’ve ever used to get my car fixed. They overprice every single little thing and use the cost of their bills as an excuse like us customers don’t have our own bills to pay. I urge everyone to find another mechanic these mechanics do not have their customers best interests at heart. Instead they just want to milk as much money as they possibly can out of you !
Avoid at all costs - my fan belt broke and the AA took me here after not having the part , a fan belt is £ 20 max and im being very fair - it takes 10 mins to put on - they charged me £ 95 !!!! Total rip off - even kwik Fit would be cheaper -" found all sorts of other things wrong with it & tried to charge me to fix them - never never again - BEWARE - GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE
Basically following the good reviews I decided to use this garage , i went few times until just realised that when you go there it isn't to repair your car . It's all about trying to take as much money as they can . My car was in a very good condition. I did my MOT there and it passed after they found so many bad problems they "fixed the problems" Unfortunately the car came full os noises everywhere clicking everywhere. I guess this is the reason they don't let the bad reviews come up on goggle. Just considering to take a legal action against them. Its simple.
