Cannot fault the surgery. The introduction of the online Triage system has been a game changer. I was able to register my condition and received a text or call quickly to arrange treatment/appointment based on level.of emergency. Didn't have to sit redialing when engaged or waiting on the phone in a queue to then be told no appts. Very pleased

Although one of the doctors at this surgery are fantastic. Getting a non urgent appointment is impossible. My son’s big toe is cracked and I just wanted the GP to look at it. Non urgent of course. However we have to ring at 8am in the morning as they aren’t offering non urgent appointments. Whenever you try and call at 8am you can’t get an appointment. I find this Service diabolical, these surgery’s need investigating as there’s never any appointments for anyone yet the surgery is complete empty. Gone are the days when you could go in at 8am and first come first serve. The NHS is on its knees. Disgusting

One star as that’s the lowest I can give. 2 data protection breaches where they have given me other people’s medical information by mistake. Had me waiting over a year for a referral that wasn’t even actioned. Staff forced to lie due to inadequate training. 43 years a patient and the last 20 years I have struggled well over a hundred times to gain an appointment. I’ve found out today how easy it is to change. Please don’t stay here through habit. The surgery is run very poorly

I have been with this surgery for 35 yrs and always been happy with the service. Since Covid it has been goingdownhill slowly and since Dr Kehler left it is a disgrace. I am an elderly vulnerable person and find it difficult to get a telephone appt as I cannot get to the surgery but no matter how much I try it is impossible. I was prescribed medication by a wonderful doctor in new cross Aand E but they did not read his report for 4 weeks! Could have been matter of life or death! So they gave ne an alternativecwhich made me ill. It has taken so many phone calls to get to speak to a lovely lady doctor dr Naz who sorted it all out. Iregret that I now find they dont even sign the repeat prescriptions for about 2 weeks and mine were for angina and high blood pressure. I am now signing up with another surgery which has better reports. Whenever you ring the doctors are on some kind of annual leave or othet. What are they being paid for?

Call up at 8am for 5 days, on hold between 15 and 40 mins each time, to be told no appointments. Go to a walk in and given a note telling them I need an appointment asap for x-rays and bloods to be told no, call at 8am. Back office staff member was booking appointments for the next day but still not able to use one of them. Then there's the 5 day wait via patient access to approve repeats. The 5 week issue with registering for patient access that no one knew how to do. Best off finding a different to to register with.

Waiting time to see a GP can be a long process. You never go into your appointment on time.

Very disappointed with service. Pre covid service was great, but now looks like they getting bonuses for each refused person. Monday was calling for my mom's sick note, been told to wait till Friday. Ranged back Friday been told still no sick note, need to wait for Monday!! When I went there to pickup my prescription by one of receptionist been told am not that person on prescription so I can't take it. Service is a joke!!! To get appointment in these days mission impossible !!!
