   Great mechanics, I was due for a service and the battery died, they came out to me to get it jump started asap and we got the battery replaced. Omer was great company, I sat and spoke with him for a while, it’s always nice to have a conversation with educated people. A very fair price for the service, and the place had a good energy about it, will be making this my regular mechanic!

   My Car My achilles heel developed a default quite a serious fault for the first time after a long time. Omar came in as a saviour in a very murky cack handed Mechanic Mayhem world. I found him purely by chance accident through Carfix Website. Omar Was the only mechanic to Call Me Back in Life Omar was the only Mechanic to Speak to me in calm Polite Civil professional friendly manner. My car was fixed My life was fixed. Everything was fixed. Omar was great his fellow mechanics great even his CAT at the Garage was GRATE. 10-10 5**** All the Way Adel NW2 Red Audi Q3

   I booked my car through ClikMechanic to go to Queensway Autos Repairs, expecting a professional job, but the experience was nothing short of a disaster. When they returned the car, the engine light was still on, and it had lost power completely. They told me to take it for a motorway drive because of a supposed soot build-up. Instead of improving, the car ran worse than ever. Omer came out the next day to check the car which At the time, I was inside the car, revving the engine so he could listen for noises, He also never removed the engine cover, so even if I had known what to look for, I wouldn’t have spotted any issues anyway. He claimed everything looked fine, but I wasn’t convinced and he suggested taking it back to their garage to “clear the soot.” The next day I had another mechanic inspect the work, and what he found was shocking(SEE VIDEO). The EGR valve they fitted was a cheap copy rather than a genuine part, meaning the original issue hadn’t been properly fixed. On top of that, their workmanship was terrible—wiring was left dangling near the air filter box, the air duct was broken, and a rubber pipe had been crushed due to incorrect reassembly. I sent Omer a video of the damage, but he insisted this was strange there was nothing wrong when we first looked at it together (less then 24 hours before the video was taken ). After seeing the extent of their poor work, I refused to let them touch my car again. I asked for compensation, and Omer only offered to cover the O-ring damage, but since I didn’t have an invoice, I couldn’t claim it. In the end, I had to pay again to have the entire job redone elsewhere—after already paying Mercedes-level prices for a copied part. To make matters worse, I later realised my wallet was missing from the car. While I can’t say for certain that it happened at the garage, it only added to the terrible experience. I would strongly advise avoiding Queensway Autos Repairs. They returned my car in a worse state than before, used subpar parts, and showed a complete lack of professional In response to the reply : There were several issues I wasn’t informed about, like the broken air duct and crushed pipe. If the hose was damaged, why wasn’t I advised of any of this ? After receiving my car back in worse condition, I wasn’t comfortable returning it. The mobile mechanic fixed the issues caused by your team.

   Had an issue after this garage replaced my clutch. I had to get the garage out twice to pump the clutch as I had literally no clutch a couple of times, once coming off a motorway. (Possibly the seals had gone) After coming out and checking the clutch, they left me with no petrol in my car, even after the first time. I did ask them to not to leave me empty after testing. So had to go to a garage and fill up a jerry can twice. Felt like I was a nuisance to get them out to test and the owner kept saying it was the master cylinder but I'm sure if it was the master cylinder they would have spotted it??? Was contacted by the owner regarding a previous review, asking me to take it off. The first review was a bit unfair so have taken it off. But this review is an account if my experience with this garage. I'll leave it up to you .

   Definitely avoid them. They just lie about what they’ve done which mostly is nothing good but stealing petrol and causing extra damage. They say that they will call you back but they never actually will, they kept my car for five weeks without fixing a £500 worth problem on warranty. You are lucky if you get your car back in one piece from them.

   Very pleased having found this garage. Took car in as tail lights were not coming on and the gentleman fixed it there and then. Friendly atmosphere and the price was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend and will be going back if ever I need anything.
