   Outstanding Service and Impeccable Work! I recently brought my 1966 Mustang to Manor Body Repairs for some much-needed repairs, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. For a 58-year-old classic, I had to be sure whoever did the job was used to dealing with classic cars that have their own little nuances, I was not disappointed! They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process and provided a detailed estimate. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My Mustang looks brand new. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence are second to none. I was provided with updates and photos of the car during the process and was amazed at the detailed care that Manor Body Repairs went to in preparing the car for repairs and painting.    I'm only giving it a 1 star because there's no option for 0 stars. How they have 4.2 stars is beyond me. One of the world's mysteries. I gave my car in to have my left headlight repaired and had it returned with a 10 inch crack across the drivers side windshield on the right. I gave it in good condition and received it with a crack and excuses. Thankfully I have pictures and proof that there was no crack or chip prior to giving it in. Absolutely disgusted by this service. If they fixed it and took accountability, I'd have been more forgiving. This is the first bad review I've ever written, but it had to be done to save a poor unfortunate soul considering their car to be sent here. If I could go back and give my car to a more competent garage, I would have. Quality checks who? The level of disappintment I feel right now cannot be written in words. Do NOT give your car to be repaired here. You may as well give it to a scrap. At least you'd get money for it. "Poor windshield maintenance" was one of the many excuses. How does one maintain a windshield on top of yearly servicing?

   They ruined my car! Somebody hit my car when it was parked on the road, there was a dent on the rear passenger wing. My car insurance company sent me to manor body repairs. Initially they sent the car back with paint drips on the repaired panel, and the panel was completely misaligned. I complained to my insurance company and they had it recalled, they repaired it a second time this time the panel was misaligned in another area and making loud creaking noises whenever I went over bumps, on top of that the rear passenger seat belt was caught as they didn’t put it back properly, Manor body repairs said this was because a speaker had been removed which was a blatant Lie as I never had this done. After many emails with my insurance company they recalled it again and repaired it a third time. Now the panel is popping out as they filled it with some kind of foam material that is visible from the inside of the car, and the panel they repaired is a different colour from the rest of the vehicle, there are still creaking noises from the repair and the rear passenger seat no longer folds forward probably because they broke something else when they last repaired it. I'm having to go through the financial ombudsman service to get this repaired yet again by a different garage. I wish I never trusted these people with my car. STAY AWAY!

   Was booked in via Aviva insurance. Just about the best experience I've had with a body shop. Helpful on the phone, pretty much on time and excellent workmanship. Special thanks to Martine who was brilliant from beginning to end. I hope not to have to see them again any time soon but if I have to, MBR will be the first on my list. Highly recommended

   Had an unfortunate minor accident that resulted in further damage after recovery company dropped my vehicle from height. I had significant damage to my car but Abbie and Martine were fantastic, they made sure to keep me up to date every step of the way. Extremely professional team and efficient in the way they work, I am very impressed and have recommended them to a number of people who require body work repair.
