   This is the best doctors surgery I've had. The doctors always take you seriously and pass you on to the right person, and the reception staff are great, always help me out, get me out of hours appointments quickly etc.

   Been trying to get an appointment to see my gp. Impossible. Went in person to book told there were no bookable appointments. The waiting room was empty, its always empty. What's going on with the state of the system its not working. Calling at 8 o'clock to find yourself in a queue. Still end up with no appointment. Hospital A and E is rammed with people who just need to see their gp. We're not under Covid restrictions anymore, get the system back to normal.

   Don't know how this place is allowed too run how it does! Rude receptionist's doctors making mistakes all the time with meditation! Was signed off without notice before and left with no medication. Told to wait and call back in 2 weeks to see if I can book to see a doctor! I have a life-long life-threatening illness and this joke of a place is putting my life AT RISK!!! When there supposed to be doing the opposite! 1 star is way to generous for this joke of a place.

   I registered as a new patient, I’ve pre-registered on NHS website, They called me back in less than 2 weeks for in person appointment, Very friendly and polite reception and nurse. They also provided me future online appointment log in details.

   Firstly the doctors here are very good and my 2 stars is about booking appointments, because their appointment system does not work. Was caller #19 so waited a while to get through to find there were no appointments available. It would be better if there was a message telling you there were no appointments left to save time, frustration and disappointment after waiting so long to get through, but leaving the option open for those who want to speak to the receptionist to wait in the queue. Now left wondering whether to go to A & E or try again tomorrow.

   Before COVID they were bad with prescriptions, promised callbacks, and appointments outside office hours. Now they are truly useless. Everytime we need to see a doctor we have to pray we can get an emergency appointment. No planned appointments allowed. Try to fob you off with a phone conversation which then advises us to go to a walk-in or told to GO TO TIPTON instead. I've taken my prescriptions away from GP over petty arguments with receptionists. If I'm being referred to Tipton 6 MILES AWAY. I may aswell look for a new GP on the way. Stressful and pointless. Just call 111 and save yourself the hassle.

   I will be changing my Practice very soon. My GP is excellent. Unfortunately you have to get through the receptionist 1st - the particular one I spoke to thinks she's a Doctor. Absolutely disgusting! She told me to go to A&E with my concerns. It's no wonder that A&E services are bursting at the seams!! I'm seriously shocked by lack of empathy. Will be reporting.

   Recently had visit with Dr Gray at the surgery. After explaining my symptoms he wasted no time in sending me to AEC to get urgent blood tests done. I've since been diagnosed with a rare disorder, that after speaking with others with the same condition, found can take a long time to diagnose. Due to Dr Gray's knowledge and quick thinking I was able to get diagnosed quickly. I've also recently started the medication, which have some strong side effects and Dr Gray is keeping in contact with me to monitor and adjust. Honestly, the care I've received has been great, and after hearing so many others having issues and waiting months to be diagnosed whilst dealing with this pain, makes me so much more grateful towards Dr Gray.
