“Moved to this surgery from Regis Medical Centre, so admittedly, the bar was low to impress me. However, they have been fantastic. The wait times on the phone are amazing given the two calls I have made so far (instant answer and a 10 minute wait). I find the receptionists are so friendly and seem really personable with all the patients that came in. The doctor I saw for myself and the nurse for my baby are nice too and I feel like they take our medical concerns seriously. This surgery vs my old surgery is night and day. I feel like I’m visiting a small village surgery who knows everyone through the door instead of the conveyor belt of my last. Can’t fault them.”
