   Previously used Hawes Lane which was shocking, and has since been closed down. Having been automatically moved to The Practice, Old Hill, i had an appointment this week and was really pleased. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for non urgent issue, and really great GP.

   Switched to this practice over 2 weeks ago and can’t believe that NHS appointments experience can be so great! First of all the app to book an appointment is very efficient and the same day you can receive an appointment. Notifications come through a text and email with the name of receptionist who completed the booking. I asked for a dermatologist referral and received a phone call and email confirmation saying that my referral has been submitted. All the staff is always polite, positive and helpful, always offering an alternative solution. My gp appointments with two different doctors were very helpful and positive. They all listened carefully and answered all my questions. Huge thanks to Dr Yakup as a main doctor for organising this practice so well!

   In the past I’ve had terrible experiences with GP’s and doctors, however that has now changed. Lady on reception are lovely and will always answer any questions you may have. Most of my gratitude goes to Dr Yakub. He’s the most helpful and empathetic doctor I have come across, highly recommend.

   You know how switching doctors can be nerve-wracking? Well, I took the plunge and moved to Old Hill Practice Center a year ago, and honestly, it's been such a breath of fresh air! Let me tell you about Dr. Tarzi - this man is something else! Not only does he really know his stuff, but he's got this amazing way of making you feel like you're his only patient. The other day, I was sharing my concerns with him, and instead of rushing through the appointment (like we've all experienced before), he actually sat there, listened, and talked everything through with me. Get this - even when he wasn't feeling well himself, he made sure I was taken care of. Now that's dedication! And the rest of the team? Absolute gems! Whether it's the lovely nurses or the reception crew, they all greet you with genuine smiles. No more of that intimidating medical office vibe - it feels more like visiting friends who happen to be healthcare professionals. If you're on the fence about finding a new GP, trust me on this one - Old Hill Practice Center is the real deal. It's so refreshing to find a medical practice that gets it right on both the professional and human levels! ❤️ Update: I have unfortunately had to reduce my rating to two stars. Since the introduction of the Evergreen app for booking appointments, I have found it extremely difficult to secure a slot. After numerous failed attempts through the app, I contacted reception for assistance. The advice I received was to simply "try again and again until I can get a new appointment," which could potentially take weeks. This is a significant and very disappointing decline in service for what I previously considered to be a good practice.

   Horrible Dr and other staff, not even bothored the situation of patients. Dr do not even read the notes and adviced on phone, i told please read notes first, than he realised. they are accepting new patients. please avoid from this surgery. they just make money from NHS and do not care about patients.

   Rude doctor, told me i was too young to have a certain medical conditon. Told me my blood tests would take ages because its april. Moaned at me for going to A&E and getting a correct diagnosis for the condition he told me i couldnt have. Lied saying he never said that. Just ignorant and rude.

   We need doctors when we got health issues but today my partnerdoctor advised him that him problem is not very important and he have to wait until Corona finish and then I can come back to gp to get checked ' I'm bit confused to get angry or upset . Shame on doctors like this.
