Great service, great staff members.
I have heard some truly worrying stories about this place but mainly regarding some members of staff .In house bullying, certain rules only to be followed my certain members of staff .I saw a resident who looked sad he was then joined by another resident and I clearly overheard them claiming that they hated the place and the manger was horrible .This place needs investigating
