   I had a fantastic experience with Jan at Kwik Fit today. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the options clearly, he then storted out the issue with the tyre also offering thoughtful recommendations without pressuring me into anything unnecessary. The service was efficient, and I felt confident that my car was in capable hands.

   Needed to travel urgently some 200 miles from home when I discovered a flat-tyre on a Sunday morning. Pumped it up and drove to the local Holloway Kwik-Fit depot. Was greeted by Jan who immediately found that I had picked up a screw that had punctured the tyre. Jan confirmed it was repairable and advised me of the wait time. This employee is a credit to Kwik-Fit with his unique customer focus and service skills.

   Three months ago, I bought and replaced a tire on my car, and now I've encountered a flat tire. Fortunately, the team at KWI fixed it at no cost, and they did so in a professional manner. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend KWI Holloway!

   I am incredibly grateful to Mohammed at Kwik Fit Holloway Road for his repeatedly excellent customer service. He is unfailingly courteous, adept and hardworking. I returned to the garage today having had a tyre repair done recently which he organised quickly and without fuss, as one of my dust caps had rusted onto the valve and I couldn’t inflate tyre. The garage was busy, it was 5pm on a Friday but he fitted me in, fixed the problem and would take neither payment nor gift. A great asset to his company. Thanks Mohammed!

   Friendly , kind, trustworthy and reasonable. They called me through out the day to keep me updated. They have a really lovely relationship with their customers. I took my car in ONE week early - duh- my fault) and they still found time to service it. Kwikfit Tottenham is one of the only garages in N London to offer reasonable and timely services for electric vehicles. Thank you. Stunning service, great staff, will use again , and again. Deborah

   This has to be one of the worst Kwik Fit's I've ever had the misfortune to attend in an emergency. As a Motability driver and disabled customer the treatment I received at this branch was exceedingly short of the customer service Kwik Fit boasts about in their adverts. I arrived at the branch with fifteen minutes to closing time and explained to the person I assumed was either the manager or the site supervisor that I had a damaged tyre which needed replacing. I appreciate that the time I arrived at the branch was late but all I was offered was for "Air" to be pumped into the tyre. I explained that the tyre was completely damaged and was told that I would have to return the next day. I contacted Motability about my situation and another member of staff approached me to request that I remove my vehicle from their premises because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage caused to my car whilst it was left on their premises overnight. I told him that the area their branch is based in is a strict local authority paid parking zone with no free parking available and even with my blue badge, I'm only limited to 3 hours parking and I don't live locally. He however was insistent that I remove my car which I had no choice but to drive out of the branch with a damaged tyre and return home 3 and a half miles away with a damaged tyre. If this is the treatment you receive from Kwik Fit as a vulnerable person and a disabled person you are better off using their competitors. Unfortunately for me and all Motability clients they are the contracted tyre company of choice. I definitely do not recommend anyone using this branch.

I'm very happy with the outcome and i always return to this place because of the great service and kindness that I always receive from the manager.
