   They were very accommodating for booking me in last minute for a battery change before a 20h drive I had to do. But 300km into the drive my car stopped working in the middle of nowhere. As it was a Saturday and near Christmas I had to wait till Monday. And the garage the town took me to told me it was due to the not tightening the terminals properly. Which could have been avoided. I had to pay 800€+ for this ordeal. Plus missing Christmas with my family. While being stuck alone in the middle of nowhere.

   I had my MOT done by the service centre yesterday and have to say it was a really excellent experience. Laurie, who I dealt with, gained my trust straight away, took a lot of time advising me and was so very helpful. I had heard locally that the service centre was highly thought of and I can now see why. Wholeheartedly recommend.

   I highly recommend this garage. I have used them for 9 years. I have 2 commercial vans that are used to transport heavy loads of sand and cement to our sites. These guys keep my vans on the road, fixing only what is necessary at the time. I trust them 100% with their recommendations. When I used to take the vans to the main dealer (Ford) they always wanted to do more work than was required, and never had a slot in a reasonable timeframe. I can’t recommend Docklands Service Centre enough, and I will certainly continue to use them. Adrian Taylor

   We had a slight electrical issue with a car we supplied to a customer, as we are based in Milton Keynes I searched for a garage in the customers area to save the customer time and hassle. Based on google reviews we decided to contact Docklands Service Centre. Laurie could not have been more helpful, he seen the customer within the hour and had the issue fixed on the same day. We had one very happy customer and I cant thank the guys in Docklands enough.
