I chose Bolt remaps because of the unbeatable reviews and that did not disappoint me. Managed to fix my adblue issue for good, was having a millage count down which stressed me out. They also manage to fix my Nox censor faulty problems which had been irritating for years, hope they do not come up ever again. Good work Arthur.
Irwin K demonstrated excellent customer service. He was on time and gave me lot of knowledge regarding my car. He was very swift with deleting my ad blue took 40mins and he was even patient as he allowed me to test drive the car to make sure it was working properly. I have to say that from the first phone call I made to the office and spoke to Dean my experience with Bolt Remaps was excellent. Dean was extremely patient on the phone and answered all my questions and concerns I called at 7pm and Arthur arrived an hour later. He again answered all my questions and concerns. Arthur was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked on my van for over an hour and a half. This morning the van is driving beautifully and smooth and there are no dreaded lights or count downs on my dashboard I highly recommend Bolt Remaps. Raja was amazing, professional and friendly. He was able to accommodate my work schedule, came in the evening( out of work hours) to fix my car. Adblue error sorted and remap done in less than 40 min. What a star he is. Will 110% recommend.
Used these to sort my van ( 2017 Citroën dispatch 1.6 ) out with a add blue fault, Deen came to my place of work and sorted the problem out for me. Done a health check on the van too. Had my Adblue problem sorted out by Dean on my VW Caddy and also had it remapped at the same time and now it has more power and fuel efficent. Got in touch with Dean and came out the same day and he is very friendly and knows his stuff. Would highly recomend him.
