   I went to another garage called Woodseer Autos, just for a service for my car. As soon as the service was done, the was a very loud noise coming from the engine and on the dashboard it kept popping up with engine oil pressure low. I then went to Reliance auto and these brother went out of their way and gave me time to find out the issue and help me with my car. The service here is friendly, professional and very amazing. These brothers don’t care about earning easy quick money but rather genuinely take their time to help you. They fixed everything issues I had with a very good price. I highly recommend and I will always be coming to them from now on.

   Came to this garage based on the good reviews, unfortunately my experience was dodgy, as a clueless female I always get worried about men in garages trying to get as much money from me, this exactly what happened. Went for a minor windscreen wipers issue and got changed £120 for this! I didn’t get a full picture of why it is so expensive, I was told nothing was replaced, can’t believe labour only cost £120. I was asked to pay the full amount for interim service and MOT £140.. so total of £260 in cash (always scream dodgy to me) I had no invoice for the service or the wipers fix. Again as a female I’d avoid garages like this because of people like this. Unfortunate.

   Definitely recommend this place! They were fast and reliable. My car wouldn’t start due to a battery issue, and they were able to pick it up from my house for a small extra cost. They brought it back the same day, fully fixed. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service. I’ll definitely be using you again!

   Job - damaged radiator needed replacement. Initially tried booking with main dealer but i could not get a slot sooner so decided to have Reliance Auto to do the fitting as I had used their services before and found them to be honest, reliable and prompt. There is a chap Sayed, who is not only friendly but knows the work very well, he took care of the car as his own, I was particularly pleased that the front end was put back together as if it was not taken apart in the first place. Small garage but good service.
