Finally found a decent barbers in Chester. Having tried a few and been messed up, this place is a godsend. They know about hair too.
Passed through Chester on holiday and decided to stop in for a haircut. I was able to get in without an appointment and was seen directly. Hollie, who gave me an excellent cut, was extremely friendly and professional.
Hair Systems at Ego X. Absolutely dreadful, I stupidly chose Ego X for a hair system, they seemed professional, local and reasonably priced, what a mistake. Their website says if your not happy you get your money back. I have e.mailed a complaint and requested a refund so I can source an alternative barbers, I attached pictures as to why, but as of yet have had no response or money back. I have attached pictures to this review. The pictures were taken the same day as the install/haircut. I said at the time it wasn't right, but was told "the system needs to settle" "give it a few days" unevenly cut, wobbly lines, all the edges were unstuck and peeling, badly blended I will be contacting Fair Traid re:- their money back guarantee £480.oo.
Worst haircut ever never going again not worth the 21 quid for a small cut that took wayyy too long just for a trim. Ended up with a dodgy uneven cut making me have to wear a hat till it grows out. Also left a cut on the side of my face!!!

Been going to Ego X for 3 years, by far the best barbers I have used. Everything and more you could want at a barbers. Xbox if your waiting and music to suit your vibe. Fully recommend anyone to use Ego X. Big shout out to Ethan and Chloe that graft everyday never seen these two not busy with a customer.
Great environment and a great haircut. I went in just before Christmas quite late on in the day. Even though it had gone past closing time Matt stayed on and cut my hair. He didn't rush and like normal did a great cut. It's more than reasonably priced for a town centre barbers and to be fair with the great service I would expect to pay more. Keep it up lads
