Honestly the worst GP i've ever encountered, they hardly ever answer the phone, they are rude, they dont do what they say they are going to, youre more likely to keele over and die before you get an appointment, they have messed up my meds on multiple occations, ive been waiting 6 months for my medical records, im currently on hold with surgery and have been for 23 mins. They are negligent and im surprised they are allowed to offer a service because its been like this for at least 2 years. Shockingly bad, and im not allowed to move....... im pretty sure 23% of my mental health issues are because of this place. If you can, avoid at all cost, which is probably what they are hoping for.

Would given a zero after the disgusting way the have treated my disabled friend in a wheelchair. The manager has a real problem and after yesterday they have decided to remove my disabled friend from their list and now she has no medication or dressings for her legs or care package in place. Saturday the 27th I have changed my disabled friends legs dressings because of this Surgery they removed her from the practice for being late but Ann Harper decided that it was appropriate. I am doing her legs in my home and it’s not fair that I have to do it with my bad back and knees on the floor. I wouldn’t register with them if they can do this to her they can do to you. I have made a complaint about her. It’s Sunday and now I can’t walk with my bad back and knees on pain and my pain medication is not working disgusting practice glad my doctors is like this don’t have this issue. Carer Tracy

The worst doctors I’ve ever dealt with, they wouldn’t know medicine if they were made from it. Absolutely shocking. Stay well away if you care about your health at all, they don’t deserve 1 star but 0 isn’t an option

This arguably has to be the worst GP practice ever. One GP told me that if I have to lecture her on how bad the NHS is, we'll I'd only be eating into my 10 minute slot. I have a cardiac condition and I have failed to see a GP in almost 2 years. A few days ago after consulting with 111, who I must say we're brilliant, I went there with a desperate attempt to be seen and receptionist reminded me that they were not a walk in centre. I walked away not seen and without an appointment . Remember, I am an NII and tax payer.

My mum and I have been registered here for years and we have never experienced rudeness! Im really shocked by the bad reviews! Unless there's new staff I've not dealt with... I have always felt heard by the receptionists, and the GPs never rush me. Also when my mum has had an urgent matter it has always been dealt with. The practice also has a pharmacist who is brilliant and the nurse is great. However I agree about the mad rush to get a 48hr appointment at 8am.

Absolutely disgusted with the response from the surgery this morning. Rang up to get an appointment for my 3 year old who's got a fever and woke up this morning with a rash all over her stomach., surgery told us appointments are all taken and to ring 111, rang 111 and after a assessment i was told they have made a referral to the GP and they must see her as they have a duty of care as a registered patient. Called surgery back and was told there is nothing they can do and to take her a&e. Absolutely disgusting response from the surgery especially when a 3 year old child is concerned and with the strep A and scarlet fever around.. This seems to be the normal response recently call 111 or go walk in centre. No care what so ever. They rarely have appointments available, Or have appointments for a few days later. Cant predict when you will be ill. What is the purpose of being registered with a GP

No appointments available. Always told to call at 8am by the time you get through they have no appointments. Chased prescription 3 times to be told different things, finally for meds after 2 weeks of waiting. On meds that are for heart not blood pressure. Referred elsewhere as dr says it’s out of out control…. I’ve never known a surgery to be so careless. Waiting for patients to have a stroke or heart attack!! Disgusting service.

Worst GP Surgery I have been registered to in 13 years. GP appointment, call at 8:00, nurse appointment call at 10:00, few minutes late and the queue is full, no service. Repeat prescription, could not get even for critical condition. Blood test booked after several attempts and they could not get the results, called me back in, wasted another and it's been two weeks with no results and calling them to know is a pain. You will need a personal secretary just to get appointments booked for yourself in this surgery.
