   Very much gutted to have chosen this garage for Service and MOT. I ended up paying more than twice the intended cost. I was told the cost of 2 tyres were 64 each and in the end paid 128 including labour and other costs. I could have done this for much less elsewhere. Please ask for the complete cost it’s so misleading.

   First time using this garage and very impressed. Booked an appointment for a front wheel alignment online last night using a very easy to use website. Dropped the car off and was promptly checked in by Debbie who called me no more than 2 hours later to say the car was ready to collect. On pickup, Debbie let me know what had been done as well as the mechanics comments on my issues. Car felt great on the way home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use them again. Thank you!

   I have been using PTA for over 20 years for my cars to be serviced and MOT. They are a great team with Debby on reception and the brilliantly helpful Alan who has just helped me with replacing the bonnet on my car and saving me a lot of money in the process. I highly recommend this garage for being good at what they do and being honest and trustworthy and reasonable on price.

   Always get my new tyres fitted at PTA. Great service but think £24 a bit steep to merely plug a simple puncture from a screw in the centre tread of a van tyre.
