“I have un unresolved problem with my toilet plumbing. The plumber contacted me via nextdoor.co.uk We exchanged messages and he gave me a quote of the cost of the repair. It was very reasonable. I ordered the parts he told me. When I received the parts, I messaged him and we arranged a time and a time for him to visit my flat. He came to my place as scheduled, completed the job, charged me at an agreed price. the flushing was quite weak. He came back a bit later and fixed the problem without charging me extra. I was very satisfied with his job.”

Turned up late on Friday and James and his mega experienced lead listened to engine and fixed it within 30 seconds and didn't want to charge. When you talk to them and look around the workshop you realise these guys are on a different level, mechanical geniuses. James has built a V1 rocket engine from scratch, for fun! There's just such a good vibe, I wish there were more like them for being so friendly, geniune and knowing all there is to know about their field. I would use them for all my technical needs, just wouldn't want to waste their talents on small stuff.”

It didn't sound like it was an easy fix but he persevered and kept us informed along the way. If i could give him 10 stars i would!
