We need more family businesses like this were they focus on customer service rather then these commercial garages that need to meet targets so their staff is forced to rip you off, anyways these.guys are top notch.

   I had a really frustrating fan issue in my car two weren’t working at all, and the rest only blasted cold air. I tried multiple garages before, but nobody could solve it. While searching again, I came across GS Garage Services & MOT and spoke with Ali bhai. From that first call, I could tell these guys were different. Dropped my car off, explained the issue, and they kept the car for the day to diagnose properly. By the end, they did what others couldn't. They brought the hot air back, fixed the front fans that weren’t working, and explained everything clearly with patience and honesty. No rush, no confusion, no nonsense. They treat every customers with respect and genuinely take time to make you feel valued something rare these days. Professional, skilled, and trustworthy.    I cannot recommend these guys enough. From my experience, they are not only friendly, but fair and reasonable too. Due to a lack of capacity at my usual garage, I used G.S. for my MOT in the autumn of 2022. They turned the MOT around in double-quick time. More importantly, I had an issue with my passenger door malfunctioning a couple of months later. It was an unusual issue. The team took real interest in trying to solve it. They were keen to minimise cost for me and went the extra mile to resolve the issue with exceptional customer care.

   Just have to thank the brothers here very professionally handled my query. Had a problem with my battery they done a free check of my alternator and diagnosed the issue to be an electrical fault. Due to them not taking on this task they didn’t waste my time nor try and take money off me but recommended the next steps to take. Very friendly knowledgeable brothers. Definitely will recommend them for your mechanical works and mot.
