   I took my car to Bimmer Ltd about a month ago and was very disappointed with the experience. The guy I dealt with had no customer service or conversation skills at all. He seemed rushed and uninterested, and it felt like he just wanted the £80 diagnosis fee. After paying, he still couldn’t say for certain what was actually wrong with the car, which made the whole visit feel like a waste of time and money. I expected clearer communication and a more professional approach. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

   Took my 6 series to them to have my new dampers coded to the car (module was working fine, the dampers just needed coding to the car), came away with a dead module (probably because they didn’t bother using a battery stabiliser so voltage was too low). I would not call them a specialist and they still charged me!

   Had a 5 star experience with Bimmer this morning. Last night a drivetrain issue popped up, following that an engine light accompanied my problems. Managed to resolve the issue very swiftly and the owner knows his stuff. Very good rate and extremely grateful he was able to see me on such short notice.

   Shaz was very helpful, quick at arranging an appointment, patient waiting for a customer who could not find the workshop - and most importantly, he fixed the problem quickly and for a very fair price (Pedestrian Security System sensor triggered, leaving fault code). Many thanks! [Note: the workshop is on Skeltons Lane right where the Overground line bridge is. Unit 131 is on the North side of the road]

   My BMW Z4 E89 had an issue with the cluster. I phoned around many places and the majority of people I spoke to were very vague and seemed like they didn't want to tackle the issue. However after speaking to Shaz at Bimmer Ltd my mind was put at ease as he seemed like he knew what he what he was talking about. I booked my car in and it was fixed as promised. So grateful to Shaz as I've had this issue with my cluster for a number of years and couldn't find anyone that I trusted to deal with it. Shaz really is an expect in all things BMW and I so happy that I found him. He's clear, concise and does exactly what he says he's going to do. He's the best in London or possibly the UK! Highly recommended if you need anything done on your BMW. Just give him a call. His prices are also very fair and reasonable.

   I would highly recommend shaz for his work. After being told I need a new steering column because my car would not start. I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Bimmer Ltd. He was very helpful and booked me straight in on the same day. He managed to get the car up and running again after finding out the steering column was not the issue it was a faulty negative battery lead. Thanks again for the great service.

   For BMW head unit issues look nowhere else. Shaz has given me the right, honest advice about what was needed and was able to source the right head unit and reprogram it at a reasonable price. I had tried other programmers before finding Shaz and was told that the bluetooth wouldn’t work with a standard head unit replacement and that I had to upgrade to a more expensive one (at £200 extra, which proved to be the wrong advice). As a bonus he enabled music connectivity from my phone via bluetooth so now I can play music from youtube and spotify which is really handy!
