I have used this surgery well before Himley road when it was on Grange road with Dr Blackman and it is a fantastic doctors to use. Dr Davies along with the Student doctor was very helpful today and the gent on reception was also helpful a great local surgery.
An excellently run GP Practice that I'm so thankful to have found. The receptionists are an absolutely pleasure to speak to. Always very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable and make sure your issue is seen to promptly, whether logged via contact form, phone call or in person. The doctors, nurses and midwives we've encountered so far have been all been wonderful. Genuinely caring and professional and following up on aliments until they're gone. As a first time parent, I'm so glad I switched to this practice. Thank you for looking after us all so well.
Can't fault the practice at all. Always very efficient with prescription requests and needs. Very easy to get in contact with via phone, online enquiries and online form submissions are always responded to on the day. Doctors and reception staff are extremely friendly and professional. Every time I’ve approached her with queries, she has been incredibly professional, efficient, and reassuring. Even in situations where prescriptions or letters have taken time to process, Kimberly has always gone above and beyond to ensure everything is sorted out as quickly as possible. Her ability to stay calm and reassuring, even when patients might be upset, is truly admirable. She is an asset to the practice, and her dedication to patient care does not go unnoticed. I have had the best care through Eve Hill, they always answer their phones and they always give assistance. It’s rare to not get an appointment and the doctors are good and effective especially Dr Shukla, he is very thorough and that’s a fresh rarity given how the medical system is currently in the country. It’s sad i moved to Wednesbury and i will be moving GP as soon as i find a new one. I wish i didn’t have to be forced to do so honestly. Keep up the good work Eve Hill.

Have been with this practice since it was Dr Walker and Dr Gemmill based in Grange Road. I’ve always had excellent and friendly care for both myself and my parents. There are doctors closer to my home, but I’m happy to travel to Dudley and be looked after by Eve Hill.
Found it really easy to book a same day appointment. Kay Joe is wonderful and is a credit to the practice and her proffession. I think the model Eve Hill is pursuing with these services should be taken on board with other practices.
I have always found my doctors extremely good. They always see to my health needs without hassel using the online services. I even got to see dr when needed to during covid crisis. Think they all do a fantastic job and one of the best in Dudley.
The doctors are really helpful and profesional. I always got help what I needed. The system is not perfect as can’t book normal appointment, only calling at 8am its a big issue, everyone calls at the same time.. and people have work/school. Sometimes I would like to book appointment in advance without urgent need and it’s not possible. I wish this could change and also unnecessary automatic speaking guy before it can connect you.
