Trying to speak to someone is almost impossible need to register but no one even answers the phone very poor service if yo ask me
Not happy at all. I rang the surgery for results of my recent MRI, I was told I needed a routine appointment so I made one there and then. I wrote it down . I attended said appointment today at 10.10 only to be told I had no appointment booked . I said it was definitely today the receptionist said well I can't find one. No apology at all , after a while he said I'll make you another for next Saturday . Not good enough
I have only recently joined last year to this practice this will be my 3rd official appointment, first appointment I waited 25 minutes, that was my official signing with the doctors surgery, 2nd appointment 20 minutes wait, and today my appointment was made for 15.10 I am still sat waiting after enquiring and being told doctor few mins late problem with car that was at 15.30, when I arrived I used computerised sign in, it made me aware I would be waiting extra 5 mins due to doctors delay, it is now 15.50 I am still waiting! I understand delays, whatever happened to time keeping??? We arrive late will not be seen! This is not a reflection on the reception staff or surgery, they are left to deal with the issues caused by miscommunication.
