I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this GP surgery. The staff are consistently rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Communication is poor, and there’s a noticeable lack of care or respect shown towards patients. It feels as though no one takes responsibility or shows any compassion for people who genuinely need help. Trying to get any support or even basic information is an exhausting and frustrating experience. This level of service is unacceptable for a healthcare setting and needs serious improvement.

This GP practice is awful. They deliberately let the phone ring for a long time. The wait for a routine appointment is more than a month! Then, you make a request, and it gets lost into "Narnia", and they act as though you never made it. 0 star!

Quite possibly the worst GP surgery I have ever come across. They advised you only can get a same day appointment if you have a “medical emergency”. My understanding is that a medical emergency is for A&E, not a Gp surgery. A GP surgery should offer all services all day everyday. Not just appointments for medical emergencies, they advised my partner could not get an appointment as their appointments are only for “elderly people and children”. The receptionists both Claire and Ian are rude and unhelpful, they cut the phone off on me and both had an extremely bad attitude after explaining the situation they were still rude and unhelpful. My partner was advised to call the Gp surgery today following an appointment with a physiotherapist on Friday. We called at 8.10am and 8.30am to be offered an appointment for 5 days later. This simply isn’t good enough and the staff need some more training on what a ‘GENERAL PRACTITIONER’ means.

Absolutely terrible service from the receptionists. Every time I call for either myself or my 5 year old, I'm made to feel as though I'm asking for too much, like they don't want to help or give out appointments. They are so rude and uncompassionate! Also really abrupt too. I'm leaving the surgery due to this issue....

Absolutely 10/10 for Keeling house. As a training surgery for new GP this is an amazing surgery. Helpful always going that extra mile. Thank you all for everything you do.

The communication from the reception and even the doctors is appalling. Can never get through to them or get an appointment. They have lost important paperwork numerous times. My very ill grandmother has had to wait for her lifesaving tablets a number of times as they have not put the prescription through. Can't even get a call back even though I've been told I will many of times. Also rang a number if times for blood test results to be told everything was fine when actual it wasn't and should of been taking extra medication. Disgraceful surgery.

Tried phoning the surgery to get my pre- school child an appointment for her nasal flu spray and had no success every time I’ve rang they fully booked so emailed them asking them to either book her an appointment or to ring me back has they had my number in which got a reply to ring a surgery in Sedgley to book her flu nasal spray appointment. absolutely ridiculous when I don’t drive, I thought they could of easily booked her in or phoned me to sort it especially has the flu is bad this year and she goes to her grandparents house unvaccinated. Trying to right has a parent but this surgery can’t just be bothered to do a simple thing and arrange it.

Please don’t register here! The staff is absolutely useless, you need a day off from work to stay over the phone and eventually someone will answer. I needed urgent appointments for my daughter, the next urgent appointment available was for NEXT DAY! How urgent is that? I ended up going to a&e , waiting time there was 6 hours. It’s disappointing! They should help us but they’re not! After being on hold for 45 mins, they hung up! Disgusting!!!

While doctors are great, it's nigh on impossible to get a appointment. I've had the line cut me off while I wait to speak with someone. I get told to call back at 1 to make appointments and no one answers the line. Or they have no appointments despite it being bang on 1 like they said.
