So lucky to have this surgery. Always get an appointment, the doctors, nurses and receptionists are always so kind and patient. All the doctors I’ve seen have been great and some have been so kind through some difficult times. Mr Singh today was just lovely after such a tough week I really felt that he listened and cared.

Exceptional service. From phoning to make an appointment (the receptionist was most helpful, polite and professional) I received a call back from the doctor within 5 minutes, and the prescription was written up and ready to collect almost immediately. The whole process took 15 minutes. Thank you so much.

No empathy from the doctors I have dealt with. Just in and out as quick as possible. I will be changing my surgery even though this is the closest to me. Very poor service.
Everyone, that is receptionists, nurses, medicine dispensers and doctors are always so helpful. Even if the doctor is running late, they never hurry you and take time to listen and help and explain to make sure you understand. I cannot praise this surgery enough.
