   We had very bad experience with our recent MOT booking at Revamp Mechanical Services through ASDA Motoring. We booked our car for its first MOT on 05/Dec/2025, with Revamp Mechanical Services. We bought the car in December 2022 but have only driven about 3,000 miles, so it's practically new. As we always do (we kept our last car for 11 years!), we gave the car a thorough check-over on 04/Dec, including a careful inspection of all the tyres. Everything was perfect. Imagine our surprise when we collected the car on December 5th and were told it failed MOT, citing a deep tyre cut that definitely wasn't there when we dropped it off. We were shocked, as the only travel the car did after our checks was to the Revamp Mechanical Services garage. With the MOT expiring the next day, we had no choice but to get the tyre replaced immediately. The mechanic at the new garage who fitted the replacement actually pointed out that the cut looked deliberate—a fresh, clean slice with the cords visible. This has been incredibly disheartening, and we ended up spending huge amount to replace a nearly brand-new tyre. We chose to try ASDA Motoring for the first time as their online MOT price was £35 compared to our local trusted garage price of £54, and unfortunately, trying to save £19 on MOT costed us so much, and this experience with Revamp Mechanical Services has been terrible.

   Used these guys when I scraped the car and needed new door parts and then used them for a service and MOT. Great work, friendly and can't fault them on anything. Seem to be pretty good value which is always helpful in this day and age! They're now our go to for any bodywork, alloy work, wheel alignment and standard MOT and servicing.

   Very pleasant chaps to deal with. Couldn't finish the service of my leased vehicle on the day due to tires not being available, but they arranged for a follow up only 2 days later, and were as quick as they could be to do the work. Very accomodating and easy to deal with. wish more garages were like this.

   Excellent quality of workmanship & value for money at Revamp Bodyshop Orpington. I took my 20 year old Zafira with a badly damaged rear door to Revamp for a quote. The owner Byron was really friendly & helpful. He had been recommended to me by his previous employer. We agreed the best way forward was for me to source a back door from eBay then his team would transfer over the glass & mechanisms then respray the door. They also had to repair the hinges etc. All this was completed in just one week & when I collected the car it looked nearly new! They not only resprayed the back door but also the drivers door for a total match.They had also cleaned & polished the bodywork.The quality of work was outstanding. A 5 star repair! I highly recommend Revamp Bodyshop Orpington.

   I owned a 57 plate hot hatch. After a few months it’s history started to show. I tried various mechanics, none of which were able to correctly diagnose turbo issues. Lee @ Revamp was recommended by a close friend and he nailed it based on my explanation alone. The fault was both easy and cheap to repair but required experience/knowledge which Lee had. Unfortunately due to the cars ages and extensive history I experienced various issues which Lee and his team helped rectify promptly at a reasonable price. I have since decided to trade up for a much newer/low mileage hot hatch and will use Revamp over the dealership based on the amazing service and trustworthiness I experienced @ Revamp.
