Everyone was kind, professional and attentive, which made such a difference to his recovery. Apologies because we can only remember nurse Aggy by name, she was wonderful as were all the staff and I’d also like to mention Natalie in physiotherapy, who was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. There always seems to be issues with loan cars which is quite frustrating but Liva did her best to reschedule my appointment to accommodate a loan vehicle. Liva is a credit to the service centre as she goes above and beyond for her customers and despite her challenges she is always smiling which aids in de-escalating situations when things go wrong.”

AnE, Majors , AEU and most but not least medical ward 7 , every member of staff was brilliant, thank you sooo much . Comon British people where in the world can you get walk in service like that without having to pay ZILLIONS . Personally I still can’t believe what I’ve been through, the care I’ve had, the world leading skills, tech, consultants it’s just like a fantastic dream and better than any holiday I’ve ver had . We don’t need to put the Great back in Britain we already have it with the NHS . Bloody well done .”
