Fantastic care. I was obviously in severe pain on arrival and the staff couldn't do enough to look after me. Rebecca was particularly caring and very professional before, during and after my MRI. Highly recommend.
Excellent service at LycaHealth. The nurses, doctors, and technicians were highly qualified and reassuring. I was given clear information at every stage and felt supported throughout. The whole experience was handled with professionalism and care, which made a potentially stressful visit feel much easier.
Avoid this clinic at all cost!!! My experience at Lycahealth was incredibly disappointing! The receptionist do not understand English!! They were dismissive upon arrival. The doctor seemed rushed, didn't listen to my symptoms, and prescribed medication that made me feel worse. When I tried to discuss this with the clinic's health care staff, Naomi she was unhelpful and provided no solution. This clinic has terrible patient care and a complete lack of empathy. I strongly advise anyone seeking quality healthcare to go elsewhere!! From receptionist to staff they do not know what to do and are all in panic once you start talking! No wonder they are begging patients to come!!!
Dr. Vik Vasishta is incredible. Not only he has taken great care of my health but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care, profound knowledge and ample experience. I know when I come in to see Dr. Vik Vasishta he is already reviewed the reason for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed and he always asks if I have any other questions. Used this service for a few years now. An amazing service which was very much needed in the area. A short drive from where I live. Appointments always available if not in person then via Telephone (which is so convenient if you don’t fancy a drive to the GP when poorly.) Dr Vik, is absolutely brilliant. A real fountain of knowledge and always there to help any way he can. It’s a shame they no longer see Children at this practice - we have to use London Doctor Clinic at Chislehurst for that, but apart from that. Brilliant
Absolutely fabulous hospital and the staff are amazing. The best medical centre I have ever visited and I have been to a few! Will not be going anywhere else from now on. Simply wonderful. Thank you.
A poor experience - scan we requested turned out not to be as thorough as we had been led to believe, and required a rerun via another practice. Subsequent requests for copies of invoices etc. have also gone un-returned - all in all, disappointed.
Rebecca King (Radiology Lead) and her team were so helpful and patient on the day of MRCP scan. Never easy to go through scans in difficult times but must put pen to paper how grateful I am to have been treated so well by Rebecca and her team. Thank you.
