   Had my gallstone removed at Chelsfield Hospital recently and the experience was outstanding. Every member of staff was incredibly attentive and kept me fully informed throughout my stay. I never had to wait for anything and felt genuinely well cared for from start to finish. A special mention to Ai Chen Lui, who was exceptionally kind, considerate, and lovely to chat with — she really made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. The surgery team were also fantastic and put me completely at ease. Highly recommend Chelsfield Hospital for their professionalism and excellent patient care.

   All hospital staff were extremely helpful and professional and also knew very well how to put me at ease every step of the way into and during the procedure.It was my first experience with Chelsfield Park Hospital and i really felt taken care of and i couldn't have asked for better care really. My doctor Dr Rahul Lunawat is an amazing professional very knowledgeable and highly skilled. All staff (especially nurse Sheila Abadiano and also all other nurses) were extremely nice, smiling all times and showing care and kindness to their patients.

   My 14-year-old son was recently an inpatient at Chelsfield Park Hospital for surgery, and the level of care we received was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, every point of contact—including the reception team—was friendly, welcoming, and reassuring. We were taken to his room five minutes before our appointment time (we arrived early), where we were greeted by the most wonderful paediatric nurses, Sasha and Steph. They made our son feel completely at ease and truly went above and beyond for him. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and they gave him plenty of opportunities to ask questions and feel involved. Both the surgeon, Dr Brennan, and the anaesthetist, Dr Hayley Kaye, introduced themselves beforehand, which was comforting and professional—although we had already met Dr Brennan at our consultation. My son was able to choose his lunch from a menu and was delighted with his Margarita pizza, wedges, strawberry milkshake, and chocolate brownie with ice cream. When it was time for his general anaesthetic, the theatre staff were incredibly calming and kind. He was given a device to play Subway Surfers as a distraction, which helped him feel relaxed. While he was in surgery, we were able to walk around the beautiful grounds and enjoy complimentary coffee from both the reception area and canteen. He was back with us in his room within 45 minutes after successful surgery. Our food arrived freshly made, hot, and absolutely delicious. Upon discharge, we were provided with everything we needed: pain relief, spare gauzes, clear contact information for any questions once home, and details for phone check-ins and follow-up appointments. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces—though it can get busy at peak times—but it is also free, which is a rare and welcome bonus. Overall, Chelsfield Park Hospital provided outstanding care, comfort, and professionalism. We are extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for taking such wonderful care of our son.

   Mr Kasem is an amazing surgeon who has treated me with care and respect. From our first consultation to post operation he has shown me how passionate he is about his work and listened to my requirements and concerns. The nurse assigned to me Ann Marie was brilliant from the days leading up to my operation and duration of my stay. Ann Marie has a wonderful personality who put me at ease straight away. Also, she has a naturally caring manner. Ann Marie is professional and speaks very highly of her colleagues/peers. The catering staff treated me very well, nothing was an issue and each member of the team spoke to me by name and introduced themselves to me. I wish I could remember all their names! I would like to thank Lisa, Aileen and Ann for providing my beverages and food efficiently and always smiling. So many staff who cared for me I would like to say a BIG thank you to my Surgeon, all the theatre team, nurses, porters, catering and the reception team.

   I have just had an operation here, and I have nothing but good things to say. All the staff were amazing, and put me at ease at a time when it's quite normal to feel stressed. Everything was explained and there wasn't a moment I felt I couldn't ask anything. The aftercare service has been brilliant, with a genuinely caring follow up call the following day. Nobody wants to have an operation, but if I were to need another I would definitely try to book it here. I'd like to add a big thank you to the consultant, anesthesiologist, and the nurses who were kind. Also a big shout out to the porter who wheeled me out at 11pm in the pouring rain to the car, who had me leaving hospital with a smile on my face, something you definitely don't expect!

   Everyone at Chelsfield Park Hospital has been amazing. I’ve been very well cared for and everyone I met has made me feel safe and in the best of hands. Names are I remember are Mary , Ellen, Peter, Jill, Laura, Ola, Victoria and the very lovely Mr Sharr and Dr Jones. I can’t thank them enough for my stay. The food is delicious and plentiful and always served with a smile. The room is warm clean and very comfy. I would highly recommend them. Thank you everyone so much.

   From the polite and helpful reception staff, the kind and supportive pre assessment staff, and all the surgical staff have been excellent and full of empathy while I undergo back surgery. Must mention Ann on surgical ward for her total support and help after my operation and cannot fail to recognise the special guy at the head, Mr Sharr. He has been consistently helpful and has my eternal thanks! Chelsfield Hospital is a small place with a big heart. Good food/menu choices are equal to many hotels and served by great people, all of them supportive and help through the many choices. Hope to go home soon but have fond memories of the staff here.

   I wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Chelsfield hospital. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I entered the hospital. Upon my visit, I met with Mr Kasem to review a lump in my breast. I was extremely nervous, but he made me feel calm through the appointment and went through all the details. I have seen several consultants in the past, but Mr Kasem was by far the best and I would highly recommend. He was extremely professional, thorough and compassionate. I would also like to thank all the nurses, as I thought the lump may be the worst case scenario. They were attentive and couldn't be more supportive or helpful. This hospital gets 5 out of 5 stars. The staff are the best of the best and the level of service is exceptional. Thank you all so much.

   Great care, lovely staff and really professional consultant. 3rd operation in this hospital in the last 10 years, service still excellent. Thank you Sue Cowan for looking after me before and after the procedure, you were really kind and caring. Thank you to my consultant Dr El Hasani who is always professional and reassuring, and thank you for organising the procedure quite fast as I would have had to wait 8 to 12 months with NHS… My bedroom was huge, looking over the park. It’s ashamed I could not stay overnight as apparently my private insurance would not cover for it as I did not feel ready to go home on the same day of my gallbladder removal but I suppose insurances are here to make money and not always looking after the best care for their customers!
