Do not trust these people. I went to them because of squeaking brakes. They tried to tell me I needed new brake discs at extortionate cost. This was a lie. All I needed was brake pads. Never again.
had a really disappointing experience with this garage. When I questioned the repair costs, the older gentleman there was quite rude and dismissive. They couldn’t even guarantee that fixing one part would actually solve the issue instead, I was told I might have to pay even more if it didn’t. It felt like they were trying to take advantage rather than provide an honest service. In the end, I towed my car to another garage, and the job was done properly for a fraction of what I was quoted here. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE TOTAL SCAMMERS!
Friend told me about this place as it was local and convenient for me however I ended up paying the price with damaged bodywork and owner is claiming damage was not caused by them even though I have proof as I photograph my cars alot. Be warned and inspect your car properly if you ever unfortunately come here
I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. The repair took far longer than promised and I wasn’t kept updated at all. When I finally picked up my car, not only was the original issue still not fixed, but there was also new damage to my vehicle that hadn’t been there before. When I raised my concerns, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Absolutely terrible experience. This garage is completely unprofessional – they damaged my car and didn’t even admit to it, nor did they offer any kind of solution. On top of that, the job itself wasn’t done properly. The standard of work is an absolute joke and it’s clear they have no regard for their customers or their vehicles. Avoid this place at all costs.
Have used these guys a few times now and they are fab. I use my car for work and they know this, so they try their best to make sure I am back on the road asap. I won't go anywhere else for any issues with my car! Highly recommended :)
I went here as it's round the corner to my house and the fastest solution to my nearly expired MOT certificate. They failed my MOT and then said they'd require approx. £1000 to repair the issues. When I enquired as to why, I was very confused. I was told that the engine requires opening to fix the issue. The fails related to a faulty sensor and issues with one shock absorber, so what does this have to do with the engine? The same person said he would do something for me and call me on Monday morning to quote. No call arrived. I consulted and received quotes from multiple garages today, showing them the failed MOT details. They were shocked at the quote I received. This impacted my mental health and caused me stress, worrying the entire weekend. They failed my MOT and sent me packing with no solution. I can't even drive my elderly parents anywhere until this issue is fixed. I wish I never visited and I really hope they learn from their mistake and not take advantage of vulnerable young woman, as they did with me.
Don't trust and dont use, they are scammers that will try to over charge u. They are AA approved but will not go through warranty because if they do then they will have to give fair price.
Do not use. Tried to scam me and over charge me. Tell me a belt and tensioner is £650, when i checked my self parts were 120 and they where charge 530 for labour. There AA aporved but they won't go though warranty because he know he would have to give a fair price.
The best I've ever dealt with. My colleagues go there even if they live far from there. I do so too. They are straightforward, do not charge you unnecessarily, give you honest opinion on what is best for you.
