Jewels Passion was able to find me a slot for a deep exterior/interior wash, within 48 hours! My car had a very big stain that was promptly cleaned up, and the rest of the car was washed in a very detailed way. The before/after at the end of the job was simply astonishing. First time we’ve used JPDM .. would highly recommend, very professional, friendly and thorough - cars have never looked better, almost a shame to let the kids back into the car now. Jewels Passion Mobile Valeting, Loughton This was my first time using a mobile valeting service, I didn’t really know what to expect if I’m being quite honest. I had a look through their website to see which service I required. I opted for the extreme deep exterior clean and standard interior clean. To book the appointment, I messaged through WhatsApp. The booking was made easily, with the next appointment dates given to me. In my instance it was a 5 day wait. On appointment day, Dan messaged me 15 minutes before arriving, just to confirm with me. Once he arrived he got straight to work. He was friendly and attentive and really does know about the industry he works in. He recommended me services that I would require and cost/how to book them. He also told me about maintenance plans, which I have subscribed to. The quality of the valet was definitely worth the price. My vehicle underwent multistage cleaning, including clay bar to get rid of tar and other road contaminants. The interior was also cleaned to new specifications. Once the valet was completed, Dan walked around the car with me to double check everything was up to standard. The car looked even better than it was when Audi delivered it to me, some four months ago now. Overall, if you are looking into a mobile valet and are sick of your local car wash ruining you car’s bodywork, then I would definitely suggest looking into Jewels Passion to valet your vehicle. These guys are absolutely brilliant! They fitted me in at super short notice and did a fantastic job of turning my car from a skip on wheels to looking like it’s just come out the car showroom. Communication was fantastic and Dan who came to do the job worked his socks off and didn’t stop. He was an absolute pleasure. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Jewels, they were all professional and helpful from start to finish, booked the appointment without a big fuss & it was so easy! I explained my concerns and they helped me select the correct service but, they did not push for you to spend extra or pay for a bigger package, they are just helpful and genuine. Quy completed the cleaning services on the two cars and they both looked amazing, I briefly told him my issues at the start and explained that the mould in one of the cars was panicking me as the car is important to us for sentimental reasons and he didn’t ignore this information, he truly did go that extra mile with his work and completing the car, he wanted to show us that he had got in all the areas to help ease my mind and I couldn’t be more thankful! I’ll defiantly use Jewels passion for other services, highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing. Had my car washed today by Jewel and the level of service and care he has shown my car is incredible. He has an exceptional eye for detail as I haven’t come across one spec of dirt on my car. He is very reliable and puts his clients satisfaction at the heart of his work. I am so Impressed with his work that I will be doing business with him again in the near future.
