   Went in very early this morning to get a trim from a bloke named Kieran! Absolutely brilliant haircut, really good fade and exactly how I wanted it! Service was top notch and he was a really lovely chap, with imo really affordable prices! Will defo book on with bossman again, Serious trim!

   Only barbers I've used for the past 3 years for hair cut and beard trim. All of the staff cut in a similar way and do a good thorough job. Had one cut I wast quite happy with when I got home, contacted them an got me straight back in. Exelent customer service. Reasonable pricing. Always clean and tidy with well presented staff.

   I decided to come to this barbers based on reviews I had read online, particularly the latest one about a lady with her 2yr old boy. I took my 5yr old who does not like getting his haircut, and hates the clippers. I booked over the phone and asked that they could use scissors because of this, they said OK. Throughout the time I was there my little boy got more and more distressed, certainly not helped by the fact that the young lad cutting his hair repeatedly picked up the clippers in an attempt to cut around his ears. I could see he was getting annoyed with my boy and started laughing and passing comments to the lad cutting hair next to him. I completely understand how difficult it must be trying to cut a child's hair reacting this way and could become dangerous but I'd much rather he'd acted with a bit more professionalism and just explained that he would not be able to continue rather than scare him even more. Really upset with the service, and worry this has caused even more fear in my son.

   Honestly the worst hair cut I’ve had in my life, the ginger lad at the back cut my hair and I had to go to another hairdressers to get it fixed, he don’t listen to what you want and just does as he pleases, my fringe is as dodgy as he is! I was growing my hair a good couple of months and he has ruined it! From a customer point of view he needs sacking, and I would recommend any other barbers than this one avoid if you don’t want to look like a 3 year old has done your hair !!!!

   Could not recommend The Gents Lounge any more! As I have curly hair, I have had a few shocking hair cuts in my time! That all changed when I found Ashley (owner of The Gents Lounge) She literally transformed my hair! Not only does she give an amazing hair cut but she also trims and styles my beard to perfection. To add to all of the above the salon environment is really warm, welcoming and friendly, your always guaranteed to be greeted with a smile by all the staff here. No matter how busy the barbers is you always get offered a drink while waiting & when it’s your turn in the chair you get their undivided attention. Pricing is really fair and I enjoy my visit here each and every time! Really would recommend!
