   Went to Duo Motor and recieved very poor service from “Rahman” who only knows how to call people Bud and after he had tried to charge me for brake pads and disc, which i only had done last year and pasted its MOT a week before. Which they didnt even do on site and made me wait all day to get my car back. I would highly recomend you stay away from duo motor and avoid rahman at any time all the other staff were good

   Efficient and friendly service. Good value for the area - I had a timing belt replacement and received a range of quotes. Job was completed within a day as agreed, and they threw in a few little extras too. I'll be going back and using as my garage from now on.

   Needed to get my rear break pads and drive belt changed. When I called the guy was hard to understand and different to get a connected call. By the time the work was done, the drive belt was changed fine but the break pads were not done properly and I could hear rattling and squeaking noise from the rear. Turns out the guy didn’t fit metal shims needed to keep the breaks secure risking a fatal accident. Called back and visited them again and told me they can only get the part from the dealer and charged me over £100 for a fix to this simple issue. Had to take it to another dealer to resolve simply. Don’t try to even think about taking your car to this place, seems more of a scrapyard then a proper mechanic.

   This is a very good garage and they are honest and don't treat you are like some dumb woman who doesn't know about cars and garages. The manager here was very friendly and professional, he was helpful and explanative, they had attention to detail and their garage is customer friendly, they know how to keep customers, treat em nice and be honest then they'll come back. Most of all I felt like they were trustworthy, I paid a reasonable price to service my car here where others places where charging a lot more and were rubbish at treating customers.

   Good service, too expensive, quotes are higher than most garages (including some main dealers). They'll be sure to find more issues that needs replacing. And they charged me for a job that I don't believe they even did as the problem improved but not sorted.

   A great experience from the initial contact with the service manager Rahman right through to picking up a perfectly valeted and serviced car. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Rahman dealt with all of my requests efficiently and professionally. I have taken my BMW(s) here for years and I trust the advice that I receive from duo motors. I was surprised by price of the value service; it is very competitive even compared to my local garage. I don't usually write reviews, but credit to Rahman and the team. Excellent Service - very friendly and helpful - would highly recommend

   Hello People. This is my first time reviewing as I am never a big fan on putting reviews. After my experience with Duo Motor I really wanted to spread the word about my experience with this garage. I hate taking my car to the garage, I have been ripped off so many times by even the well known ones but I have now for the first time found some skilled mechanics that talk to you in layman's terms and listen to your issues with your car rather than trying to work out how much you know about them so they can price accordingly. My clutch was on the verge of going and I really needed my car for a long distance trip. My car was brought in first thing Friday and was ready 9am Monday morning ready for my trip. Duo Motors managed to order me a Clutch for my Honda Accord 2.4 in less than 24 hours for a reasonable price. 
 Whilst It was being booked in one of the mechanics rode it onto the ramp and lifted it. He invited me over to look underneath with him and he pointed out some issues with the bushes which were worn, which clearly shows the unexplained knocking sound I’ve had before. Both parts fitted / done within the time period stated by them. I Highly recommend Duo Motor to everyone, especially women who feel uneasy about going to garages. Reading some of the reviews I am very confused with a few of the petty and poorly written reviews without any decent explanation. A HUGE thanks to Rahman, Ali and the rest of the boys there. These guys are polite, honest, give good reasonable quotes and get the job done fast. 10/10. Overall Duo Motor garage itself is clean and very welcoming. 'See for yourself' – I have :o) Cheerio and will see you again soon for my future motoring needs.
