   Great service, everyone I dealt with from the pick and drop off drivers to the office staff were polite, professional and courteous. The communication during the repair was also excellent and even though I had a long delay due to parts suppliers I was kept updated. My car was eventually returned in excellent condition, repaired and valeted. Looking a lot better inside than I normally keep it! Would highly recommend.

   The entire process was both professional and truly excellent!! As we work Monday to Friday the garage we’re able to arrange a Saturday collection which helped us immensely. Repair completed and the car returned cleaned and polished like brand new within a few days. The garage exceeded expectations and my husband and I feel blessed they were able to assist. Thankyou all so very much, especially Nikki who was absolutely amazing!!!

   The whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. From the appointment at our home to view the damage, through to the collection of the car/delivery of the courtesy car and ultimately return of our car and collection of courtesy car. We were kept upto date on the progress of the repairs both by phone and app. Everyone was helpful and polite. The work was carried out to our satisfaction and they even gave the car a quick clean. I cannot fault them.

   Service was very good an extremely quick. Cat came back like new, it had even been cleaned inside and out which I was not expecting. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the text updates weren’t accurate. I received a text on 15th October to say my repairs were complete, but my vehicle wasn’t collected until 20th October. I appreciate this may be automated but it might be something to look at.

   DLG Auto services Orpington were absolutely fantastic. The two gentlemen that came to pick up my car and were very polite and efficient. They explained that to would take them about 10 minutes to take out their inspection before taking the car away. I’m sorry but I forgot their names. The car was repaired in a day with feedback every step of the way. The next morning I received a call to say the car was repaired and a very pleasant lady asked what time was suitable for them to return the car. I received call from a gentleman named Gary whom was on his way. Once again a very pleasant and professional man. Would definitely recommend DGL. Thank you so much

   DLG Auto Services were appointed by my insurance company to repair damage caused by a bump to my rear. I am happy with the repair but very disappointed that they did not fix the GOLF name back on the car but left them in the car supposing that I would do it myself. I would like them to come and finish the job. David South

Thank you for the progress updates and the smooth delivery and completion of the job which took a little extra time due to back log of parts delivery.    DLG Auto Services were excellent. The team at DKG were incredibly professional and very efficient. They explained everything with respect to the issues with my vehicle and ensured I knew what work was to be completed. They collected my vehicle from my home location and returned it when the work was complete. They kept me updated along the way and provided an accurate timetable as to when repairs commenced and finished and when the car would be returned to me. All the staff I had contact with were courteous, friendly and very professional. Very impressed by their high standards. Their communication with the customer was excellent. Brilliant and very professional service. Well done DLG!!
