Hi, I went for my daughter appointment first the secretary didn't allow me to come inside and then start speaking very rudely that you go home ...than I call the booking appointment place in nhs .they told have an appointment but it was cancelled and it was secretary responsibility to inform us but they didn't .Now I am gona do formal complaint about it
