Rung up and they were able to sort me getting my MOT within the hour. Very easy and friendly service from Raf and the team.
Took my car in to check what the issue is with the AC. Dropped it off at 9am and no phone call from the garage for the whole day. Called them at 5:30pm to ask what the diagnosis is and was told they were checking the pump then and needed more time. Left the car there till the next day and they called to say they'd taken the bumper apart to check but still inconclusive. Went to pick up the car and was for the first time in the whole process told that I would have to pay £40 for their work. It wasn't an extortionate amount but the way it was communicated was poor - no prior communication about cost at all, tried to justify the cost by saying they spent the whole afternoon on it when it took us chasing them for an outcome 30mins before they close after they have had the car for the whole day.

I honestly can't rate these guys higher. For the cars I have owned I only bring it to them. I once had a Mercedes with airmatic suspension that kept dropping. Mercedes quoted me in the region of £4000+. These guys sorted it for a fraction of that. Honest, knowledgeable and hard working. Something hard to come by especially when it's easy for garages to over charge you. I have felt I've always paid a reasonable amount. Super fast turn around with them as well.
