   Dangerous negligence – avoid Fixter and Xcelsius Garage I booked an oil service through Fixter, and the same day my car showed a “no oil” warning. When I contacted them, it turned out their partner garage, Xcelsius, had completely failed to put oil back into the engine — and they admitted it. I had to buy oil myself just to prevent engine damage. Fixter’s response was pathetic — slow replies, excuses, and a laughable compensation offer that didn’t even cover my costs. This wasn’t a minor mistake; it was dangerous negligence. If you value your car, your time, or your money, do not book through Fixter or Xcelsius Garage.

   Excellent place for car issues don't usually use independent garages but I was advised to take my car there for battery issues, which they fixed and serviced in a day, highly recommend which I rarely do only complaint found it difficult to find. Thank you team

   I had a booking made through AA, I had to call to confirm a time and when I called I was informed the booking had been cancelled. I called AA as I was furious that they didn't communicate that with me, which then they told me that the cancellation had only reached them 2 minutes ago (so, this booking had been cancelled right at the time I called them. At first, they were not even aware there was a booking at all, until I said the booking reference. No wonder I kept hearing "we don't want to get involved" many times). I was waiting days for the time of this booking, which by the looks of it, it was a completely negligence. If you don't want/can't to do this service, at least have the decency to let the customers know in a timely manner and if don't want involvement with third parties, then don't allow for this at all. Simple.

   Disspointed with the staff. I called for a quotation for a radiator staff said he will call back with an quotation but never received any call. And there's me sitting there not looking else where. Waste of time. Common issues with majority garahes where they think customers are there to do a job for free. A customer pays you or will pay you to do a job. Treat them well and with respect without them business won't run.

   An advise all people who has cars and looking any garage a fairly priced this is to your knowledge, if you want a person who can honestly get you rolling with every issues in cars especially any one who's earning on wheel and have issues with any problem; just visit to this place ''Xcelsus'' trust me these guys are honest and has no plan to rip you off, they help you out with the low cost car repair solution and get you on the road quickly. Try this guy for tyres also, god bless them. 5 ***** is less for them. They deserve more. Great and friendly.

   Absolutely jolly good stuff from here. Governor Sher Ali is the boss. He knows his way around a motor vehicle the same way Batman knows his way around Gotham. Some say he knows 2 facts about ducks and both of them are wrong. But he does know 2 facts about cars and both of them were made facts after Governor Sher Ali proclaimed it to be. I took my car in for mechanical works and he was completely honest to be regarding what needed to be fixed, how much it will cost etc. Any repair work conducted was only done after my approval which is great as other garages will do so without notifying you and so I was not surprised with the final bill he issued to me. Governor Sher Ali has a great smell and great smile and great eyes and I was thinking about him all night after meeting him for the first time

   I had a horrible experience with this garage... they literally looted my money and i kept my car for repairing more than 20days they demand money more by saying all the silly reasons.Literally i spend 1300pounds...more than this. They are two short guys they were worst fellows they don't know the nothing about mechanic... One who's always vape and another one do fraud by customers by saying this and that. At last I gave my car to scrap.Please anyone going to them please be carefully with this guys please avoid them... near by this garage they are many mechanic garage go.

   Excellent service and a free car wash too :-) I had an issue with my starter motor (BMW 730), which had been ongoing for 2 months, just tried to put it off, finally called up Xcelsus and arranged for my car to be dropped off for the day. On dropping keys to reception I noticed my part was already there, effecient, considering I had only spoken to them the previous evening. My total charge was just under £200, the AA guy who helped me the night before told me in the region of £200-£300, depending on part manufacturer. I went online (eurocarparts) and the part (Remy) was £159 plus a surcharge for return of old part, so in effect, it was a very good deal for me, I know they probably get a discount, but I think I made a good saving, plus my car was clean inside out when I picked up!!! (I've attached a pic of AA assistance, just incase you think story above is made up, AA service is also outstanding by the way, if you don't have it GET IT)
